Pair of adjacent duplex apartments opposite the conference centre in Harrogate. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for maximum privacy. All double beds split into twins by request (£10 per twin bed request) Apartment price is for 10 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated up to maximum 14 using sofa beds. Ideal for business and leisure guests in an ideal location and finished to a high standard. Free Wifi and two parking spaces in our private car park. Additional on street parking permits available.

These are two apartments next door to each other.

The first apartment is accessed by a ground floor front door. has a lounge with sofa bed, dining table and chairs, Cable TV, DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen for self catering with fan oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section. Fully equipped for food preparation and serving. Separate cloakroom with WC and basin. One superking bedroom on ground floor with en suite Bathroom with shower over bath. Bed can be split to twins by request.

Downstairs to two further super king bedded rooms, both of which split to twins by request. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and the other has an en suite shower room

Hair dryers provided. Washer and drier. Iron and ironing board. Travel cot and high chair available. Well behaved pets welcome (£25 per pet)

The second apartment has a private front door into its own hall way. Large well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, American fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, built in bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher. Fully equipped for meal preparation and service.

Lounge has sofa bed, large screen cable TV with DVD, free Wifi, dining table and chairs.

Downstairs to two double bedrooms, both with beds which split to twins by request. One bedroom has an en suite travertine shower room with underfloor heating. Luxury house bathroom with large platform bath with shower over. Underfloor heating, wall mounted WC and basin.

Laundry area with washer/dryer, airing rack, iron and ironing board.

Both apartments have Hair dryers, hanging and drawer space, luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and towels, fully cleaned and service prior to arrival, 2 parking spaces in private car park on first come, first serve basis. Additional on street parking available with 24 hour scratch cards (£5 each)

Cots and High chairs available. Well behaved pets welcome. Family friendly. Great for large business or leisure groups who enjoy having privacy.

Supplies of tea, coffee sugar, Toiletries, dishwashing liquid and tabs, kitchen rolls, toilet roll to get you started

Each apartment has a sofa bed to accommodate 4 extra guests, maximum 14 guests

A supply of toiletries, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee and sugar are provided.

All services, cleaning and wifi are within the price

Standard check in time is 3 pm. Earlier 2pm checking available for £10

Standard departure time is 10am but late 12 noon check out available for £15

24 hour on street parking tickets available at £5 each

Travel cot and high chair available.

We rented both strawberry 1 and 2 for a hen weekend! Location was perfect and apartments stunning. Decorated to high standard and extremely comfortable. Access was easy on arrival. Parking is an issue but we got there early enough and had ordered road parking so we were fine and once parked cars didn't move :) Thank you to owners for great communication
