2 parking spaces in the private carpark, first come first serve, along with on-street parking for which we can provide you with parking permits which are £7.50 per car per day.

Two adjacent duplex apartments opposite the conference centre on the kings road in Harrogate, each with their own private entrance door. Sleeps up to 14 guests. Offering plenty of space and privacy equivalent to 5 hotel rooms for larger business or leisure groups.

Apartment 1 ( 3 bedrooms)
The first apartment is accessed by a ground floor front door and has a lounge with sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player, fully fitted kitchen for self catering with fan oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer

Separate cloakroom with WC and basin.

On the ground floor, Bedroom 1, super-king bedroom, with a wall mounted TV, en suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Downstairs there are two further super-king bedrooms.
Bedroom 2, super-king bed, TV wall mounted, chest of drawers and wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
Bedroom 3, super-king bed, wall mounted TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

Hair dryers are provided, as is an iron and ironing board. The kitchen comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Travel cot and high chair available.

Apartment 2 (2 bedrooms)
Private front door into its own hall way. Large well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, American fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, built in bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher and is fully equipped for meal preparation and service.

The lounge has a king size sofa bed, large screen cable TV with DVD, free Wi-fi, sound bar, dining table and 6 chairs.

Downstairs there are 2 super-king bedrooms.

Bedroom 1, super-king bed, wall mounted TV , chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table with vanity mirror and an en suite walk in shower room.

Bedroom 2 , super-king bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Great location 2 houses
When we booked we didn’t realise it was two completely separate apartments. The location is great as in the centre of Harrogate but the accommodation wasn’t as good in real life as it looked in the pictures. Some rooms smelt of damp and one shower only had boiling hot water. The lounge of the 2 bed apartment was great and we could all sit in that room. Wish I had known before I booked that the 10 of us would be split up. Parking for 4 cars was also stressful when we arrived Friday evening.

Hen Do weekend in Harrogate
Our party of 10 hens had a great weekend in Harrogate. The apartments are fashionably furnished and decorated with extremely spacious bedrooms and are equipped with everything and more that we needed for our stay. The walking distance into the centre of Harrogate (10 minutes) was perfect too. I would highly recommend these apartments for groups and families alike.

Very clean with beautiful big bedrooms!
We had a fantastic stay here. I was amazed by the size of the bedrooms and they were all beautifully decorated. We found absolutely everything we needed. The whole house was spotless. Fantastic location right in the centre of Harrogate. It was a little tricky to park at first but we had just arrived at a busy time. We all managed to park eventually and were then set for the weekend. The owners were very helpful in the lead up to our stay, answering questions via email almost immediately. They were also available on the phone when we arrived and had a question. Would 100% recommend these apartments and would definitely stay there again myself!

Strawberry Fields Forever
we rented both properties for a party of 12 for a girls weekend away. The duplex were very close to the centre of town so not far to walk for shops, restaurants and bars! Every kitchen appliance/equipment you could need for a short stay (aside from champagne glasses for 12 but we took our own!) and the properties were very clean. Linda the owner was very accommodating and helpful prior to and during our stay - we couldn't work out the key box but this was a user malfunction rather than anything wrong with the key box. Her breakfast recommendation of Stuzzi's (literally 30 steps away from the property) was well received. One downside was that the sofa bed was fairly hard but after a few glasses of fizz we managed - the other beds were reported to be lovely - I clearly got the short straw :-( Overall it is a place that we would definitely consider using when visiting Harrogate again

Lovely apartments in a great location
We stayed in the two apartments as a group of nine ladies - 6 in one and 3 in the other. They are well equipped and tastefully decorated. There were supplies of the basics already in the apartment (tea, coffee, loo roll, kitchen roll etc) and we only needed to top up on loo and kitchen roll over the weekend. We used the 3 bedroomed apartment as the main one and managed to fit us all in the sitting area. Arranging parking permits in advance was useful as we had five cars with us. Although one person found it difficult to find a parking spot on Friday night that is the nature of town centres. The rest of the time we managed to get spots very close to apartments. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants as well as parks and other areas of interest. It’s a fairly short walk to a large supermarket plus there are excellent butchers in town. Arrangements for getting access to apartments were clear and easy to follow. The use of access codes meant we didn’t have to worry about coming and going in smaller groups. Owner was helpful and answered all my queries before our stay and we were able to access apartment early in first day in order to get the parking permits and leave car there early on Friday. Would stay here again.
