Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.

This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house is situated in Terra Verde, Kissimmee. There are 4 master king en suite bedrooms. It has a wonderful west facing pool overlooking a huge lake. The resort offers a beautiful club house with resort manager and concierge, lounges, swimming pool, spa, tiki bar serving food and drinks, shuffleboard, outdoor lounges and sports activities. And when you are ready to leave the resort the theme parks and entertainment of Central Florida are just minutes away!

Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

Wonderful Vacation!

This home is exactly as described by owners and photos. Very clean and well maintained. Owners responded within couple of hours to all questions/concerns. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay with the scenery

Entered the villa and it was sooo clean and breathtaking. Everything was up to date. No broken appliances and even no broken sports games!!! Even though it was worth every cent we paid,it was still a little too high.. Otherwise,5 star rating!!!

This was a wonderful experience for my family and I.

This is an amazing property that exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate and ready to receive us and the location was safe and secure. The amenities were exactly what we needed and the hosts were very easy to work with. Would love to revisit this property on a subsequent visit.

Wonderful Home. Open and Spacious

Beautiful home, easy to get to. Great communication with Roger and Lucy. My son and husband loved the game room. Couldnt get them to leave the garage!!!! Bedrooms are spacious and everyone got to have their own space at night. Multiple bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. No fighting about having to use the bathrooms. Being there in May we thought we didnt need the pool heat. Ended up emailing Roger, turned it on immediately and within a few hours the pool/spa water was warm and we were able to enjoy the pool and spa. The view is spectacular when sitting at the lanai. Made friends with the ducks that visited us every day!!! Ate all of our meals outdoors. Plenty of seating outside as well. Great extra touches throughout the house. There are books that one can read while staying there. TV's in each bedroom and the family room. Beds and couches were super comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Even separate pool towels. The kitchen island is TO DIE FOR!!! (I actually am looking to see how to make that work in our home!!!) Guard Gated community was an extra convenience. There is a resort on site, however we didnt make use of it and wish we could have stayed longer to hang out there. Its a great place to hang out if you arrive prior to checking in. The front desk person was super nice and friendly. I really could go on and on about how great the house is....... None of us wanted to leave as we truly felt this was home. We plan to return next year and hopefully stay here!!!

We own two homes in Kissimmee. For the other property refer to 424767. The Villa at Terra Verde always attracted us because the home is spacious and has no rear neighbours. The outlook over the water is excellent and it is about 5 minutes to the clubhouse facilities and pool and bar.

It is close to all the restaurants and attractions of the 192 and on the doorstep of the theme parks and the attractions of Central Florida. The house is maintained to a high standard making it a house in high demand throughout the year. Four master en suites make it a home where you can have your personal space but get together for a great family vacation and create some wonderful memories.
