Villa Cassia is located in a very quiet area of Coral bay accessed via private road. The three bedroom bungalow has unobstructed views of the sea, offering you tranquility and relaxation. The private garden, pool and the terrace at the rear of the bungalow are secluded with full privacy as they are not overlooked by neighboring villas.

The main entrance door opens to a thoughtfully furnished large open plan living, dining area and kitchen. The living area has a, a large comfy white corner sofa and coffee table, LCD television with 100s of TV channels to choose from via an android box and a DVD player. A wooden round dining table with seating for 6 people is available for dining inside. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking requirements, well fitted with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

A doorway leads to the three spacious modernly furnished bedrooms and a main bathroom with hand basin, bath and toilet.

The master bedroom has a wooden double bed and ample wardrobe space with the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.

The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. One of these bedrooms has a set of glass doors which leads on to the rear veranda and pool area.

The Bungalow has unlimited free Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Patio doors leading from the open plan living area will take you out to the private garden with 10x5 swimming pool and manicured lawn with sun loungers, umbrellas and garden table with chairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoor sunshine in great comfort.

There is a parking space at the side of the villa for 1 car.

Local Amenities and attractions nearby are the renowned blue flag, golden sandy beach of Coral Bay boasting clear blue waters, Coral Bay Go-karting, Paphos zoo, Akamas peninsula and the traditional village of Peyia.

The Coral bay Strip has a large choice of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, cafes, bars, supermarket, taxi rank and bus stop

The bungalow is within walking distance to a bus stop or you can also hire a car. A short drive will take you into Kato Paphos, here you can see the Paphos Castle stroll along the seafront with many restaurants and souvenir shops. Kings Avenue Mall is also here offering visitors the ultimate shopping experience.Leading international fashion brands a variety of popular and world-known restaurant chains and cafes, a multiplex cinema and children’s play area are all available for your shopping, entertainment and leisure.

There are also many archaeological sites for you to visit The House of Dionysus, Tombs of the Kings, Saint Pauls Pillar are a few of the many sites you can visit while in Paphos.

If you prefer to venture further, you can enjoy a day in Polis and Latchi with clear blue pebble beaches and a small fishing harbour where you can hire a boat and visit the blue lagoon, or even visit the Troodos mountains or one of the three championship golf courses.

Paphos international airport is a 40 minute drive away.
