Villa Roker is located in a quiet residential area of Coral Bay, reached via a private road. Just a stone’s throw away from the heart of the hustle and bustle of Coral Bays. A large choice of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, cafes, bars, supermarket, taxi rank and bus stop are all within walking distance.

The renowned blue flag, golden sandy beach of Coral Bay boasting clear blue waters is just a 10 minute stroll. Here you can choose to relax and soak up the sun’s rays or enjoy the water sports facilities.

The detached stunning villa is a two storey elegantly furnished property which is air conditioned throughout with unlimited free Wi-Fi access.

Upon entering the villa you will find a spacious open plan living area with dining area, kitchen and guest w.c. The living area composes of a three piece and two piece leather sofa set, flat screen TV showing a large selection of programs. The kitchen boosts a breakfast bar and is fully equipped for all your cooking requirements. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a large dining table accommodating six diners comfortably.

An exit through two large patio doors on the ground floor leads you to a private garden with 10x4 pool with roman steps. A BBQ area, sun loungers, umbrellas and garden table with chairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoor sunshine in great comfort.

On the first floor are three airy and spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a main bathroom. Bedroom one is a twin room, bedroom two is a double room andthe master bedroom is also a double room with the added extra luxury of an en-suite shower. Large patio door leads out to a balcony which is shared with bedroom one, overlooking the pool area.

Local Amenities and attractions nearby are Go-karting, Paphos zoo, Akamas peninsula and the traditional village of Peyia.

A 20 minute bus ride will take you into Kato Paphos, here you can see the Paphos Castle stroll along the seafront with many restaurants and souvenir shops.? Kings Avenue Mall is also here offering visitors the ultimate shopping experience. Leading international fashion brands and retailers, high fashion boutiques, specialty stores and services, a variety of popular and world-known restaurant chains and cafes, a multiplex cinema with 6 screens, an arcade and children’s indoor and outdoor play area are all available for your shopping, entertainment and leisure.

There are also many archaeological sites for you to visit The House of Dionysus, Tombs of the Kings, Saint Pauls Pillar are a few of the many sites you can visit while in Paphos.

If you prefer to venture further a short drive will take you to Polis and Latchi with clear blue pebble beaches and a small fishing harbour.

Paphos international airport is a 40 minute drive away.

Villa Roker - A great base for exploring Coral Bay and vicinity

The house is large and beautifully presented. Great pool at rear of house - we noted some houses with the pool in the front garden which is less than perfect. The pool was large, warm and very well used especially with temperatures in the 30's! A couple of minor gripes - one of the sunbeds was broken so only five between six people but we got round that - in addition one of the parasols was broken and another is on its way out so will probably need replacing. Some of the kitchen utensils were cheap and shoddy - the corkscrew destroyed itself the first time it was used, but really these are only minor points. Overall this is a great base for a holiday in Coral Bay. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

Less then 200m to the nearest bar restaurant (which was very good - Feggaria) and another 200m to the main strip with a great choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. The car hire shop at the top of the street (200m) was great value and the owners friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and would not hesitate recommending it to friends and family.
