Beautiful apartment, located on the first floor, on the most beautiful beach of Marzamemi that of San Lorenzo, a few hundred meters from the Vendicari nature reserve and the famous seaside village of Marzamemi, and Porto Palo di Capo Passero, just 12 km away the city of Noto is the world capital of the Baroque. The apartment includes n '4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds), 2 bathrooms with sink, bidet, toilet, shower and hot water- The living area includes a large living room where we find the kitchen equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen with oven and two-volume fridge with freezer plus table and chairs, and also the living-dining room with furniture plus table and chairs for multiple places. With a view almost equal to the titanic we find the veranda that totally overlooks the beach and therefore the sea, this one also of good size, therefore livable, is equipped with a large table and chairs. Outside a large space with showers and car parking in a shady spot. Access to the beach takes place directly from the property-

Perfect beach lovation

This appartment is ideally located at the beach. The kitchen and living room are large. Veranda with dream view. Good for two families or couples.

Appartamento con splendida terrazza e vista fronte mare

Il nostro giudizio è sicuramente positivo. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione fatta sul sito. La casa dispone di una grande zona giorno e di una terrazza fronte mare con una vista mozzafiato. La zona notte ha una delle stanze che non è finestrata, dispone solo di due piccoli lucernai vicini al soffitto che non riescono a dare sufficiente refrigerio alla stanza anche perchè l'appartamento non dispone di aria condizionata. La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta e l'ideale per raggiungere la spiaggia libera o attrezzara (una propio di lato è vicinissima e qualitativamente ineccepibile come servizi e disponibilità del personale). Una nota da fare per quanto riguarda la rubinetteria dei bagni e alcune stoviglie della cucina che sono datate/rovinate e possibilmente da sostituire. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e sicuramente da ritornarci e da consigliare.

La spiaggia sotto casa

Veranda con meravigliosa vista mare.Appartamento molto grande e ben diviso, ideale per due famiglie. Grande spazio comune esterno recintato adatto ai bambini, con ingresso privato in spiaggia. Mare molto bello. Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile.

Favoloso posto, splendido soggiorno

Mare caraibico, casa con veranda da favola, tanto spazio esterno con parcheggio ombrato, ho condiviso la casa con i miei amici, per due famiglie ottima l'idea delle due zone notte. Ripeterò sicuramente la vacanza in questo posto da paradiso terrestre. Proprietari gentili, disponibili, cordiali. La consiglio a tutti.
