Beautifully appointed first floor 2 bedroom apartment on the 5* Polaris World Golf Resort, with a stunning interior, UK & Spanish TV, Free Wi-Fi, large private sun terrace, overlooking the pool to the front and panoramic views of the Sierra de Espuna national park to the rear

Situated on garden 3, this south facing, beautifully furnished & air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, leather suite, and LCD TV with UK TV Channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, & washing machine.

The large roof solarium is equipped with a 6 seater Dining Table & Chairs, 2 sun loungers, Coffee Table & Chairs.

A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are a few steps from the front door.

There is an onsite town area containing a supermarket, restaurants, bars & other retail outlets. Close to the apartment is the Condado Sports club, which has a restaurant, bar, and a range of sports facilities

The Jack Nicklaus golf course & clubhouse are available to all but membership of the CDA Golf Society is recommended for preferential rates.

A LARGE OASIS

When I first set eyes on Condado I was very apprehensive. This seemingly huge development of appartments in the middle of nowhere. In the event the layout of each quadrangle of appartments around its own pool and kiddies play area appeared to work very well. It was very well planned with no pressure on parking etc and the whole area was meticulously maintained. I had thought that the development might be a place to live more or less permanently(for a friend) but its remoteness and mainly "holiday" flavour quickly dismissed the idea from my mind. However I can see that the set up does lend itself to families who want two weeks of sun and a swimming pool. Michael's appartment J3 228 was perfect for my purpose. The fittings and furnishings were of a very high standard and exactly suited my requirements. I was able to relax in a quiet environment when not engaged on property research activity. The bars and restaurants on site were of a good standard and to my surprise not horrendously expensive. All in all the package did what it said "on the tin" and it was good exprience for me.

Gradevole soggiorno

Al nostro arrivo un incaricato del resort ci ha comunicato che avremmo dovuto pagare una quota di 58 euro per la pulizia dell'appartamento, cifra che non era menzionata nel preventivo concordato. L'incaricato e' stato molto gentile e ha contattato il proprietario che ha affermato che la spesa era prevista sul sito di Homelidays. Dopo una lunga ricerca abbiamo constatato che le spese extra apparivano cliccando su un tasto che al momento della prenotazione non era necessario cliccare. Abbiamo telefonato a Homelidays al numero di Roma ma l'incaricata ha risposto in modo poco disponibile che avremmo dovuto rivolgerci al proprietario e che Homelidays non risponde ed è solo una vetrina in cui vengono pubblicati gli annunci. Poiché ho esperienza con altri siti in qualità di Host essendo proprietaria di un appartamento a Milano sono rimasta molto delusa dal comportamento di Homelidays a cui non credo che mi rivolgerò più nè come proprietaria nè come ospite. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno presso l'appartamento del Sig. Micael è stato gradevole. L'appartamento anche se di dimensioni contenute, è ben equipaggiato e confortevole. Il Resort è ben tenuto con ampi spazi verdi, e una ricca vegetazione con tante palme e prati. La zona è piuttosto isolata ed è indispensabile una macchina per potere visitare le belle località vicine. Abbiamo trascorso delle belle vacanze e visitato una zona della Spagna interessante e piacevole (Cartagena, Cabo Palos, Elche, Murcia, La manga, Puerto Mazarron) Flavia e Marco

Un paraíso escondido en Alhama

Una estancia muy acogedora, buen descanso, y contentos con la ubicación y los servicios, sobre todo a destacar la buena limpieza del apartamento, el cava y agua de bienvenida de Sparkle, la buena calidad de los sistemas de calefacción, y fue muy bueno que dejasen todo tipo de productos en la habitación, productos de limpieza, aceite, champú, jabón, condimentos y otras cosas que hubiésemos tenido que comprar. Único punto a criticar la seguridad del Condado de Alhama porque por más que intentamos tanto nosotros como el dueño del apartamento, nunca fuimos incluidos en el sistema de reconocimiento de matrícula, y por tanto me pidieron el DNI 7 veces durante mi estancia y le tomaron fotos cada vez. Excelente la ayuda prestada por el dueño del apartamento, que siempre estuvo ahí para cualquier cosa.
