This one bedroom apartment is an ideal location for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. It is furnished to a high standard and has a lovely modern open plan lounge, kitchen, eating area along with a quaint outside patio area.

The bedroom has a lovely modern double bed with comfortable mattress, duvet and high count cotton bedding. The bathroom is modern & clean with a good shower, heated towel rail and illuminated bathroom mirror with shaving point and de-mister.

The kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with additional apparatus plus the standard things one might expect such as Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine etc.

The apartment is within walking distance of Cheltenham's high street which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can also take in the towns Regency architecture and heritage and visit many of Cheltenhams attractions. From the apartment you can easily take a walk down the Promenade and stroll and up into Montpellier.

The Brewery complex is also a very quick 1 minute walk and is home to a Cinema, Gym, Hollywood Bowling Alley, Several Restaurants and bars.

From the apartment there are easy routes out into the the wonderful Cotswold with easy access to Bristol, Bath, Oxford, M5 & M4. We will supply you with local information to help you plan your trip.
