This well presented, fully air conditioned two bedroom holiday apartment is located near the marina of Estepona and has direct access to the beach from the complex’s swimming pool. It benefits from a very large terrace which has amazing sea views and also a barbeque with relaxer seating and dining area for six. The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a high quality king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms (with baths and overhead showers), one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. The apartment is presented in a very modern style, with subtle touches of colour and benefits from plenty of light. From both bedrooms you can enjoy the amazing views. The apartment has full British television and Internet access is available for a fee. Within the grounds of the community you’ll find two swimming pools for you, both of which allow access via stairs to the beach (Playa del Cristo) with its beach bars and soft sand. If you do decide to hire a car, there is a secure underground parking space for you. The marina of Estepona with its bars, restaurants and two supermarkets is about a 10 - 12 minute walk from this apartment.

Marina Bay, Playa del Cristo, Estepona Port. This modern property is located very close to Estepona port, only ten minutes’ walk from the bars, restaurants and two supermarkets. There is a scuba diving centre (PADI) in the marina and also a sailing school. Yacht hire can also be arranged. To the right of the apartments is Playa del Cristo beach, which is excellent for children having shallow water and soft sand. Two beach bars are located here renting sun beds and parasols and also food and drinks are available throughout the day. Close by the holiday apartment you have taxi ranks, bus stops and you are only about a 20 minute walk from the old town centre with its pretty cobbled lanes lined in Geraniums, traditional tapas bars and shopping streets. Head for the Plaza de las Flores to have a coffee or an ice-cream and watch the people wander by.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
