About the property

This is a spacious villa, which is Spanish Tourist Board approved, occupies a corner plot with side and rear walled gardens. The villa and sun terrace (and parking), are completely on the level, and therefore equally suitable for the elderly and young alike. The comfortable lounge/dining room with English cable television, CD player and radio, has double patio doors which open directly onto the sun terrace and front garden. There is an open fireplace and oil filled radiators for comfort during Winter lets.

The fully equipped kitchen area (off of the lounge), includes a full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and doors leading to the sun terrace, the other with twin beds. Both have large fitted wardrobes, dressing & bedside tables/lamps and chairs.The lounge also has a bed settee providing the two extra beds when needed. The fully tiled bathroom & toilet has a bath/shower, wash hand basin. The terrace has a table, chairs, relaxers, sun beds, parasol and small barbecue. The villa is cleaned before arrival and all bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels) is included.For lets exceeding ten days clean linen is supplied on a weekly basis. Pets are not allowed.

The villa has easy level access and with parking close to the front door.

The town of Nerja, and Burriana Beach, reputed to be one of the finest beaches east of Malaga, are approx. 2kms away, where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found to suit all tastes.

SAN JUAN DE CAPISTRANO: San Juan is a beautifully maintained village, set beneath the mountains overlooking Nerja, and provides lovely surroundings with pretty gardens and large swimming pool with grass area, and an adjacent small children's pool. These facilities, with panoramic views of the mountains and sea, are directly opposite the Villa, and are available for use by residents and tenants, together with a small supermarket, restaurant, and the usual bars. Within 100yds of the villa there is a footpath leading up the mountain if it's not too hot and you are feeling energetic! A car is recommended for maximum enjoyment of your holiday but there is a good local bus and taxi service

Good location very relaxing liked it a lot

My wife and I really enjoyed our 11 day stay in the villa, it was clean and the washing machine was a real bonus. OK the villa might be a little tired for some people and might need some updating here and there however I liked it just the way it was and added to the charm of the place. Don't bother with the WiFi it's payable to a third party and it's poor, however it's free in the pool bar 2 minutes over the road and fast!

Well equipped kitchen lots of crockery and utensils but we only used the kettle as we dined out. The patio are is very spacious with comfortable furniture a really nice place to sit out and relax in the evening with a glass of wine (wish we were still there!)

There's a well stocked shop very close by and the local buses arrive 20 minutes past the hour, do check the times as they do stop for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Kiddies pool and a large adult pool with a life guard just over the road.

Ground floor location which is somewhat rare in San Juan.

Sadly the villa is up for sale, if I had the money I wouldn't hesitate to buy it! now that's a recommendation for sure.

Wonderful garden and sufficient space

Hello! I stayed in this place with my husband and two children for a week in July. We very much enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space. The garden is a lovely. Also, the place is right across the street from the pool and a small supermarket. The flat itself has sufficient space and the kitchen is properly equipped. My only complaint is that this place needs some renovations; the furniture and bedding are tired. However, for the price, it is excellent value for the money. Also, we were very pleased with the support we received on site! Roy was very helpful. The free Wifi was an added bonus too. We loved Frigliana and would return.

very nice villa for one family

it is a very nice villa for a family with two children. Swimming pool is just on the other side of the road, 2 min. from the villa. There is a small supermarket near the swimming pool, where you can buy some basics. The car is necessary to feel comfortable. The only problem is the internet. it is rainy (and it was rainy 14 days from 17 of our stay), it doesn't work at all!
