This is a new build raised ground floor1 bedroomed apartment with additional sleeping capacity on an extremely comfortable sofa bed. There is a balcony overlooking the harbour, a rear furnished courtyard off the bedroom and a front door leading directly onto the harbourside walk with views of the SS Great Britain. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped. The many attractions of the city, harbourside and Clifton are in the immediate vicinity. Private gated parking is available at a modest additional charge.

About Angela

Angela and Lance have been married almost 34 years and met in London. Angela is Bristol born and bred and Lance grew up in Oxford. Angela is a 'retired' Social Worker and Lance is in IT. We have 3 grown up children. Sophia and her baby boy live with us as her husband works abroad. We have 3 grandchildren and another on the way. We are kept very busy!

Although we now live in the Gloucestershire countryside, we thoroughly enjoy breaks to the city and harbourside. Angela watched this small block of 10 apartments being built and was determined to buy this one. We have not regretted it.

Owner's Response: Very difficult guest. Could not do anything to please her. some ants came under the door which I offered to come and deal with but she said no she had dealt with it herself. Her impression of the apartment was completely out of sync with the fantastic reviews we have had in the last 3 years. She left the place in disarray and quite dirty. Not welcome to come again.

Superb waterside views

We enjoyed staying in the flat. There is a great view over the harbourside. The flat is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for the serious self-caterer - it even had weighing scales - unusual for this type of property. The location is ideal for exploring the City. There is a pleasant harbourside restaurant nearby. Despite the location, the flat was quiet at night.

We were supplied with the gate codes for the car park, but were not given the code for the courtyard gate, which meant we had to ring one of the other residents when we first arrived in order to get in the property.

Instructions on using/altering the heating system would have been helpful. The bed/settee was quite a struggle to open up first time; again, further instructions would have been helpful.

We were most surprised by this. I can confirm that the courtyard code was given to you, is described and listed as the first code in the list of codes on the documents you received. We have visitors every week virtually for the last two years and they have received the same documents as yourselves with no complaint. There is also a whole paragraph on using and opening the bed settee and a paragraph on using the central heating system. Again we have had no complaints or difficulty from other guests in the last 2 years. Are you sure you read the documents and took them with you?! Kind regards, Angela

Lovely place to stay with everything you need for a cosy stay in Bristol

This is a nice little flat close to the centre of Bristol with everything you need for a comfortable weekend away. Parking is nice and secure and even a few places to eat and drink just downstairs.

We were very happy and comfortable here and wouldn't hesitate to rebook next time we're in Bristol

Super position on the harbourside

Great position. Everything we needed was in the comfortable flat. Rather a lot of codes to enter in the various keypads but it did provide a good feeling of security.

Lovely little apartment, perfect location for us

It was our first stay in Bristol and we loved the city, easy walk from the apartment to the harbourside which was buzzing. We chose Bristol because I have family there so it was convenient to visit them with only a 10 min drive. Only had one blip on the Sunday when we needed the car to spend the day with the family but the gate failed to work.
