The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped. The many attractions of the city, harbourside and Clifton are in the immediate vicinity. Private gated parking is available at a modest additional charge.

Fabulous apartment in great location
About the Owner
Angela and Lance have been married almost 34 years and met in London. Angela is Bristol born and bred and Lance grew up in Oxford. Angela is a 'retired' Social Worker and Lance is in IT. We have 3 grown up children. Sophia and her baby boy live with us as her husband works abroad. We have 3 grandchildren and another on the way. We are kept very busy!

Although we now live in the Gloucestershire countryside, we thoroughly enjoy breaks to the city and harbourside. Angela watched this small block of 10 apartments being built and was determined to buy this one. We have not regretted it.

Fabulous apartment in great location
Beautiful appartment in fabulous location on waterside at Bristol Docks. Owners provided very welcome tea, coffee, milk & treats. Warm with great decor. Great walks, cafes, cinema etc. On your doorstep. The light is beautiful at Docks. Great view from window
The apartment was in an ideal position being close to town centre, river, bars and restaurants but also quiet! Also wonderful views 'home from home' especially as we are used to wonderful views of a different sort.
In the Heart of Bristol
Overall one of the most enjoyable places we have stayed. The location is spectacular with the rythmn of the waterfront all around, people jogging ,biking,walking rowing and sailing. At the same time it is surprisingly quiet,just the distant hum of the busy city traffic.
The suite is most comfortable, importantly the bed is great. The hospitality level is high, you really feel a little like being at home, tea bags and other basics are in the cupboards, and some milk in the fridge for the welcocme cup of tea when you first arrive.
The location is handy to seeing the city, which provides good exercise walking up the hills, and the nearby bus and ferry services brings you home when tired.
There is plenty entertainment around in coffee shops and pub/ restaurants all in walking distance. Also museums and galleries,and of course shops.
Higher than our usual budget but well worth it overall.

A Brilliant Week
No.5 The Boat House us truly worth a visit. It is a delightful apartment with views over the Floating Harbour and extremely comfortable and all you will need provided for. We parked the car and walked everywhere - so there it stayed until we left. And plenty to watch - ie. rowers - from the large window. Cannot recommend it enough. And also a very good bottle of Merlot left for us, and a box of AfterEight Mints which was much appreciated. Will be returning.
Excellent apartment in excellent location
Well kept property which the owners obviously use which gives it a good feeling and they were lovely enough to leave supplies such as tea , coffee and milk plus a bottle of wine and chocolates , brilliant location, would stay again
