Can Malvinas is rented for a maximum of ELEVEN (11) GUESTS. Contact the OWNER and you will know the PRICE and CONDITIONS for a LOWER NUMBER of GUESTS. Or read carefully, in this same section, the "ADDITIONAL RULES OF SPECIAL ATTENTION" that Guests must necessarily accept to occupy Can Malvinas.
Can Malvinas is an isolated single-family Villa of 463.89 m2 built on a fenced plot of 2,700 m2. It is nestled in a pine forest at the foot of Mount Puig d'En Fita, 2.4 km from the city of Ibiza. With views of the walled city of Ibiza, the port, the Mediterranean Sea, the islands of Ses Malvins, S'Espardell and Formentera.
Built on three levels: ground floor, 1st floor. and 2nd floor With 1 GB Symmetrical Fiber Optic Internet connection with WiFi on all levels of the house and gardens.

It has 6 bedrooms and two lounges, all with air conditioning.
Three complete bathrooms, sauna (to be used ONLY in winter), barbecue, etc., and large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture.
Kitchen-dining room of 35 m2 (with Air Conditioning), equipped with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, etc.
All rooms are equipped with top quality mattresses, Italian brand Simmons. The double or matrimonial beds are large (200 cm. x 210 cm. and the single beds are 100 cm. x 210 cm.).
Each room has a unique key.
The Parking is accessed through an automated gate, being able to recharge the batteries of electric cars (free of charge) at a medium-power Electric Charging Station.
It is very well located, close to the beach and the Discotheques and Fashion Bars; Amnesia, Pacha, Privilege, Ushuaia, Bora Bora, Space, Lio, El Roto, etc.

ADDITIONAL RULES OF SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR GUESTS

01.- The Guest in Can Malvinas will have a single bed of 1.00 m x 2.10 m in the room they reserve. or a double 2.00 m x 2.10 m.
02.- Children under 24 months of age are entitled to a cot for the price of only €150 for the entire stay. The property has two cots.
.- Children over 24 months of age are CONSIDERED as OLDER GUESTS.
.- The DOUBLE OR MATRIMONIAL bed is considered occupied by Two (2) Guests.
.- The room chosen by the Guests in the Reservation will quote as many Guests can accommodate in the room; although some bed IS NOT USED.
.- Can Malvinas with all its rooms available to Guests, will pay in the reservation for 11 (eleven) Guests.
03.- The Guests will indicate to the Property, in advance of the date of entry, the rooms and single or double beds that they wish to reserve.
Each room is numbered from 1 (one) to 6 (six).
Rooms and Beds:
1.- Three single beds or one single with one double.
2.- A single bed.
3.- A double bed or two singles.
4.- A single bed.
5.- A double bed or two singles.
6.- Two single beds
04.- The Guests registered in the Can Malvinas reserve will have the entire Villa at their disposal.
Only they WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS the NON-RESERVED Rooms, spaces such as the pool machine room, the bedding room, the osmosis plant room and the water tank.
05.- Entry into Can Malvinas must be made in the presence of the Guest who made the RESERVATION.
06.- It is only possible in Can Malvinas to accommodate Guests previously declared in the RESERVATION
In the event of any CHANGE in the NUMBER or IDENTIFICATION of the GUESTS declared in the RESERVATION, the Platform and the Property must be informed.
07.- The Host will be sent an IMAGE of the IDENTITY DOCUMENTS accepted by the European Union of each of the Guests (including children and babies) declared in the reservation. Through the Chat of the Platform or another Social Network used by the Guest and the Host.
A readable image made with the Smartphone is sufficient.
The images will be available to the COMPETENT AUTHORITY of Spain for its control.
08.- The property does not have a drinking water service from the Town Hall. Drinking Water is produced by a Reverse Osmosis plant in Can Malvinas for the entire Villa. Guests will not need to buy and carry jugs of water for consumption.
09.- The indiscriminate, uncontrolled use of Water or Electricity (Keeping all the Air Conditioning equipment on for uninterrupted hours) can collapse the electric service. Replenish the Water and Electric Power Services by the Technicians pu

Lovely Villa from the outside, dated internally, horrific owners and management.
Firstly, I will start with the good points. The location of the villa was perfect for us, centrally situated so great for everywhere we generally go when in Ibiza. The pool is also great, with the outside kitchen being a great addition to the property. But, that is honestly all the niceties I can bestow upon this property. I booked this villa for a family holiday of 7 days for myself, Husband, 4 children and our Nanny/Housekeeper. A few days before the holiday, we decided that we would like to increase our holiday from 7 days to 10 days. The owner agreed to us staying, but, demanded we pay in cash. We resisted as per the homeaway T&Cs that it should be done through the site. The owner refused to let us book through the site. When we arrived at the property, it was 1am (Flights delayed), before even showing us around the property, she demanded cash payment for the extra 3 days. We were not shown how to use anything in the property, just cash taken and left. There are no house guides in the property, no health and safety numbers etc. We were basically just left to work everything out by ourselves. During our stay we were sent multiple news articles by the owners of UK drug arrests on the island, for what reason, we do not know. We paid extra to have a cleaner with the property, a cleaner did not arrive once, our house keeper cleaned everyday and washed all the bedding and towels etc. On the morning of checkout (we informed the owner we were leaving at their check out time of 10am) the owner turns up at 8am whilst we are packing, demanding that we leave and inspecting the property, with almost malice and aggression in her tone and manner, asking why the sofa covers were off. The ikea washable sofa covers were off as our house keeper had cleaned the whole property to a cleaner standard than when we arrived. To top it off, the owner took £500 of our deposit back for washing the sofa covers saying they were dry clean. We had a picture of the washing instructions to prove they weren’t, so changed her argument for not returning the deposit to their being faeces and urine everywhere. Which, I can assure you is not the case, and insulting to say the least. I would not recommend this owner or property to my enemies for a relaxing holiday, let alone the homeaway community.

Absolutely beautiful !
I’ll start off by saying the host was so generous. They were able to pick us up at the airport and brought us to the Villa. The Villa is located very close near the central area of a Ibiza. Just a 5 min drive from the beach. The views of the Island are amazing. The home is well-kept and clean. It was the perfect choice for my vacation in Ibiza. Oh and I can’t forget how great it was to have a private pool! I loved this place!
