We are very close to the sea and all the amenitiies. We have excellent transport links to the centre of town as well as being very accessible to the countryside.

The house itself is very comfortable and we have a balcony overlooking a small, but pretty garden.

In the near vicinity, there are parks, a golf course, play areas for children and an aquarium. in the village of Kemptown there are numerous cafes and pubs.

Typisch englisches Reihenhaus in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Brighton,sehr nah am Strand und dem Bootshafen und wird eigentlich von den Vermietern selbst bewohnt. Daher ist es sehr persönlich eingerichtet, mit vielen Büchern usw. Bis in die Stadt geht man zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde. Es gibt aber auch eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Das Haus bot uns als 5köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz und war im Großen und Ganzen mit allem ausgerüstet, was man benötigt. Da das englische Wetter viel besser als sein Ruf ist, konnten wir meistens auf der Terrasse frühstücken. In Brighton und Hove gibt es viel zu sehen, aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach London konnten bequem per Bus und Bahn unternommen werden. Caroline hatte uns vorab umfangreiche Informationen über das Haus, Brighton und verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, was sehr hilfreich war.
