Villa with charming and beautiful large garden with views to Teide volcano and full of different flowers. On a 450 m2 plot you find a comfortable 145 m2 house on ground level and delicate decoration. This area is well known for typical home-made food restaurants with excellent relation between quality and price. Just a few minutes away by car you have on Puerto coast the Lake Martianez http://lagomartianez.es/ a complex of sea water pools near the sea.The house is situated near a road but the whispering of some low traffic do not casue any trouble at all. WIFI.

I am specialised in exclusive accommodation in a different way in Tenerife since 1998 and I have Tourist License given by the Tourist Authorities on the Canaries. I studied Business Administration at University in Spain and also Manchester.

Why Ana B. Reid chose North Tenerife

The best point of this house is its situation, on Orotava valley, very close to Puerto de la Cruz and with easy access to everywhere. The area is full of local simple restaurants and La Orotava is just a beautiful village. The house is extremely comfortable, with delicate decoration and a garden that invites you enjoy outdoor meals. Bus service here is cheap and punctual.

What makes this house unique

The villa is ideal to be 4 minutes driving to the beach on Puerto de la Cruz, on a very quiet área, but with easy comunications everywhere.

On central Puerto you can find a wide range of restaurants (typical, fresh fish ones, vegetarians, cool, international, etc), shops and sea avenues with cafés to sit down and enjoy the peculiar atmosphere, as Puerto preserves the routes of the fishing village it was on the past. The perfect place to rest.

We enjoyed a very comfortable two weeks in this well-equipped modern house! The quiet neighborhood and the queen-sized bed made us sleep-in on a daily basis, the really good kitchen and wonderful local foods seduced us into lavish home-cooking, which led inevitably to a lot of lounging about the house (with a good and stable wifi connection) - we had to push ourselves a little to go out and also see a bit of the island!

Excellent!

An excellent house for a family to spend holiday - spacious, very clean, nice yard for kids, all the necessary equipment including dish washer and barbecue. You need wool socks cause the floors are cold during winter season. You also need a car because there's not much services nearby, but taxi works also very well.

Una bella casa ma....

In effetti la casa è molto bella molto decorativa e ben equipaggiata ma:

è difficile arieggiarla mentre si è via, non c`è una finestra sicura da lasciare aperta...

non ci sono delle sedie sdraio o altro per prendere il sole nel giardino....

quando c'eravamo noi l'erba del prato era alta 30 cm, una vera giungla..

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, absolut den Bildern entsprechend.

Wir haben uns in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen netten Details (unser Baby hat z.B. ein süßes Kuscheltier im

Bett vorgefunden :-))

Und die Terrasse sowie der Garten mit Meerblick sind einfach herrlich zum entspannen.

Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge an der Nordküste Teneriffas sowie für alle Bedürfnisse des täglichen Lebens ( Supermärkte, Einkaufszentren ....)

Das einziges was ruhesuchende Gäste vielleicht stören könnte, ist die Straße direkt vor dem Haus.

Für uns aber kein Problem da nachts nur sehr wenige Autos vorbeifuhren.

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das moderne und lichtdurchflutete Haus in sehr guter Lage besticht durch die großzügige und gute Raumaufteilung und ist für zwei bis vier Personen gut geeignet.

Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und bietet tolle Ausblicke, sogar bis zum Teide. Für Abends empfehlen wir Mückenschutz.

In der nächsten Umgebung ist ein deutscher Fleischer mit sehr guter Ware, ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste und eine Bushaltestelle. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus, da die Zufahrt aber sehr eng ist, haben wir immer auf der Straße um die Ecke geparkt, was kein Problem darstellte.

Puerto de la Cruz, Teide und alle anderen Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen.

Die Küche ist großzügig, moderner Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, italienische Kaffeemaschine, keine Mikrowelle. Die Ausstattung um "richtig" zu kochen, könnte verbessert werden, zb.fehlt ein Sieb um Salat zu waschen oder Nudeln abzusieben, genügend Pfannen und Töpfe, oder auch ein Sparschäler.

Das Haus hat keine Heizung.

Es gibt einen Radiator für die kühlere Jahreszeit, was unserer Meinung nach zu wenig ist, wenn man leicht friert.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden.

Es gibt nur spanisches Fernsehen.

Die Sauberkeit, sowohl in der Küche, im Badezimmer und auch in den reichlich vorhandenen Schränken müsste verbessert werden und ist von uns auch beanstandet worden. Die Handtücher rochen muffig, überall waren Haare von den Vormietern.

Vermutlich war das Haus einige Zeit zuvor nicht vermietet. Die Abwicklung unserer Beschwerden wurde wenig professionell abgewickelt, wir wurden zb aufgefordert uns Nachmittags im Haus einzufinden, um der Putzfrau zu zeigen wo sie nachreinigen sollte, obwohl wir detailliert alles schon an den Makler geschrieben hatten.

Fazit: wer ein freistehendes ruhiges Haus (die Straße direkt darunter stört nicht und Nachts ist es absolut still ) bevorzugt, ist hier richtig. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus , die telefonische Erreichbarkeit beim Check in (unser Flug war etwas verspätet und wir hatten Probleme das Haus in der Dunkelheit zu finden) und die Abwicklung von Reklamationen sollte verbessert werden. Daher stimmte für uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht so ganz.
