We’re delighted to welcome into our portfolio this lovely top floor family vacation home, moments from the canals of London's Little Venice

LIVING & EATING
A large and light east-facing living room and eat-in kitchen feature as the main space in this apartment. The fully fitted kitchen includes every amenity for the keen chef, and an extendable dining table can seat 6 comfortably.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with UK king-size bed (5 ft wide) is very large and bright, with wonderful rooftop views. This room is served by an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, loo and basin. The second bedroom which is across the hallway, has a standard UK double (4.5 ft wide) bed and is served by the adjacent bathroom (off the hallway).

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is on the third floor of the block, with no elevator. As such, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The apartment is on a single floor, with the exception of a single flight of stairs upon entry.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The apartment is located a few minutes walk to the famous and beautiful canals and boat life of Little Venice, a wonderful peaceful contrast to the hustle and bustle of London, which itself is easily found - Warwick Avenue tube is a mere 6 minute walk from the flat which whisks you into Oxford St in 10 mins direct along the Bakerloo Line.

This vacation rental is the ideal home away from home for families or small groups looking to be in a very central and convenient location.

Charming apartment. Stairs thickly carpeted, not a problem. Management was very responsive. I would return if possible. 👍

Great neighborhood to stay

spacious apartment -perfect for me and my three children. It is a third floor walk up with no elevator. The neighborhood is fantastic -walking distance to Bakerloo (Warwick and Edgeware) and Circle Lines (Edgeware). The apartment is close to the bus as well.

Great location

The property is lovely and it’s a quite charming and convenient location. The process for picking up the keys and the lack of flexibility for an earlier check-in is something to figure into your plans ( e.g. if you are coming in on a red eye from the states you may want to get an extra day). My only other small gripe was that I feel for the price the property it should be stocked w some food basics: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.

We have always wanted to stay an enjoy the Little Venice neighborhood of London but this location took it to the next level - close to Regents Park, Lords and Abbey Road as well as the beautiful canals - the neighborhood is perfect too

Great location and very comfortable flat.

Very quiet but in a great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants and retain. Easy walk to all the sights. The second bedroom is adequate but the master bedroom is spectacular as is the bathroom attached. Very responsive management.
