New 3-bedroom, 2-floor apartment, Tenby Harbour, 50 metres to nearest beach

REDUCED BY UP TO £150 ON PRICES PREVIOUSLY LISTED FOR 2017! This newly renovated large apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying Tenby harbour, the walled town, and the vast array of stunning beaches. Step out the door, turn left, and you are 1 minute from the Harbour, turn right and you're a minute from the shops, go straight ahead and you drop down to Castle Beach and the iconic St Catherine's Island. The apartment has a large lounge and brand new kitchen-dining area, and the best spot in the house is the bay-window with seating where you can sit and watch the world go by on the Harbour, Castle Hill, and in the street below. There are 2 good-sized double bedrooms on the top floor, and a 'designer' bathroom with separate shower and free-standing bath with feature-lighting. The 3rd bedroom is a single room with a wrought iron bunk bed, on the same floor as the kitchen/lounge. The lounge has a blue enamel stove which can be lit on chillier evenings. On the half-landing is the cloakroom and storage area for coats etc. Throughout there is original art-work or examples of local décor that can be purchased in the independent gift shops in town. There is a travel cot and highchair at the property for extra little-ones so the place sleeps 6 + infants. The proximity of our little pub next door is a clear benefit, as you can chill in the beer-garden and enjoy the café-culture, or pick up a seafood-combo to take back to the apartment. The property comes with a free parking permit which will entitle you to park for the week in the multi-storey and which is transferable to any other county council car parks throughout Pembrokeshire to make those fun day-trips easier for you.

This property is immaculate and everything is brand new throughout - with old features being mixed with cool modern furniture. It has views of both the Harbour and Castle Hill from the lounge bay-window, which also serves as an excellent place to sit and people-watch those meandering in the street below. It is so central that family members will be able to just come & go as they please - pop to the shops, or nip back up from the beach for a nap or for those little things you forgot.

We love this property so much that we even holiday there at times, and we only live 5 minutes away in Penally!!

What makes this apartment unique

The direct access to the beaches and proximity to cool pubs and restaurants make this one of the best locations in town. As well as the cool interiors, the window seat, and its great aspects, is something special - and the bathroom is pretty lovely too.

Beautiful house in great location

We absolutely loved our stay at 2 Albert View. The place has been decorated in a gorgeous way, particularly the sitting room and bathroom, which felt very luxurious.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a welcome basket of tea, coffee and other treats, which was a really nice touch. The bedrooms are a good size and we were able to fit two travel cots in with us in the main bedroom with no difficulty at all. A washing machine downstairs made our lives much easier as we had three children under the age of 3, plus a dog. When we had a (very minor) problem with the boiler, the owners were very quick to pop over and sort it out. There are lots of stairs, which could have been tricky for the little ones as it would have been difficult to shut them off, but luckily we didn't have a problem. Most of the houses in Tenby are tall town houses so we knew stairs would be a bit of a theme anyway!

The property is about three minutes walk from the beach. We spent most of our time on Castle Beach, but the beach by the sailing club was also perfect for our toddlers as it was quite enclosed. Folly Farm isn't far away either; another good day out.

If we return to Tenby, we'll certainly try booking this property again.

Side note: if you do take a dog, be aware that they are not allowed on the beaches (except Penally beach, which is quite a hike) and must remain on leads throughout the town

Great in every way!

We had a lovely stay in Tenby. The house was really well furnished to a high quality and equipped with everything we needed whilst we were there. Our children loved to looked out of the bay window, to check the boats bobbing in the harbour or people watching!

Once the children were in bed, my husband and i could relax in the cosy living space with the candles lit and a glass of wine.

It was a lovely welcoming touch to receive a welcome basket with some essentials; coffee, tea, milk, juice, wine, fruit and biscuits.

Overall this property is lovely and in a perfect location, less than 5 mins to the beach. This was great for us to nip back and let our toddler have a nap whilst our 5 year old stayed on the beach playing with one of us.

The beaches are clean, water sports are available and we also went mackrel fishing.

Joe's pizza restaurant was very authentic freshly cooked food and family friendly.

I would recommend this property!

Amazing harbour location, beautiful decor; ideal!

I have just stayed here with my 3 children. It was ideal. The location is second to none, a minute to the harbour and beaches, restaurants and shops. The Hope and Anchor pub next door have amazing food (hard to venture anywhere else!) and were so friendly and welcoming. When I stay at the seaside I want an apartment that reflects that and this certainly has that 'seaside feel'. Every detail has been thought through, from the lovely wooden floors, the glass light fightings, paint, tiles, bedding etc to the kitchenware. All elegant and clearly done by someone who knows how to do it! Of course all you need is a place by the sea but all these details make it just a bit more special! There's an outside area but as it's first floor, you have to walk through the downstairs apartment garden a little to get there but it was incredibly useful for storing our beach stuff and I don't imagine many places with our location get an outside at all so it was just a plus for us. I'd highly recommend it.
