New to the rental market this modern, very well furnished ground floor apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Spacious open plan lounge/diner which opens up onto the terrace and own private garden which is 60 yards from the lovely communal pool. Fully fitted modern kitchen with utility room.
This super property is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and just a short 10 minute stroll to the world famous Puerto Banus with all its wonderful designer shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
The property is situated on a small gated community with security entrance gate.
Apartment was really nice,had everything we needed,garden is a bonus,pool is 20 yards through the safety gate from the apartment.Really clean,safe and well kept apartments.Just a few things to be aware of this apartment is neighboured by a Boutique hotel which has party weekends,these are not a problem but what you need to be aware of because the boutique hotel own/rent out apartments from Mirador to groups of lads/girls although there were no problems what so ever,they do have access to Mirador Facilities,so it does get a little more busy round the pool at weekends,but again I must stress there was no problems what so ever.
Shops and bars are within 20/30 minutes walk as is the beach.
Great holiday and would certainly return😎🌞
