Beautiful view, crystal clear sea, clean bright spacious apartment

Pros - this large comfortable clean apartment is excellent with all the features I look for when self catering such as a well equipped kitchen, quality bathrooms and even useful beach furniture. The bedrooms are cool and beds comfortable. The pictures on home away site do not do it justice and the view from the balcony is amazing. The beach is a 10 min stroll downhill/steps and the sea is very clear with excellent snorkelling for the med. The shared pool is quiet and well kept. It's also shaded in the afternoon which we valued in the August heat.

The apartment has a sizeable utility room useful for drying swimwear and provides additional kitchen space.

Cons- there are limited dining options within walking distance only a very small shop and the roads are challengingly narrow and mazelike on the peninsula. However with a car you can easily reach the larger supermarkets and multiple restaurants of La Herradura or Almunecar.

Thankyou for a lovely stay, we would recommend the apartment to others.

Ocean and beach views, light and airy apartment.

What a light and airy apartment. Very clean and modern. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach from the living room and master bedroom, and impressive views of the craggy cliffs from the dining room. Plenty of room to spread out, everything you might need in the kitchen and laundry room. The parking garage was a great amenity, as we wanted a car to explore the coastal area. There are stairs from the pool area down to the beach, but you'll need some stamina to come back up! If you feel lazy, just drive a few feet down and park in the beach parking lot. The marina and 3-4 restaurants and a little convenience store are near by, but if you want more variety and more shopping, you'll have to have a car to drive to La Herradura or Almunecar. I wouldn't want to be there without a car. The owners were lovely people and very helpful.

Great holiday

We had a lovely stay in Marina del Este. The apartment was great, even better than a home away from home. Everything we needed for this vacation was in this apartment. Even a tumble dryer (sunny weather and 33 degrees Celsius)!

Alan is a very friendly guy who is very punctual and honours the commitments.

The flat is more than great: clean and well-maintained en the view from the terras is really not to describe in words. Words like stunning , magnificent and breathtaking are understatements.

We can recommend this apartment to everybody.

Malaga is a 50 minutes drive and Granada (with the amazing Alhambra) also.

So there is sun, beaches and culture.

We definitely go back to Marina del Este/ La Herradura and hopefully we can book this apartment again.
