View like no other

We booked this because of the views and we where not disappointed as view was like no other we arrived and was let into the apartment within minutes

An amazing memorable stay in Florence

This was one of my best apartment stay ever. The flat is wonderful, full of character, very stylishly decorated with beautiful original furniture and tasteful arrangemnt. The floors are beautiful and the flat has amazing windows opening to different wonderful views of Florence, including Basilica of Santa Croce that shines into living room and main bedroom. The main bedroom is beautiful with full view of Basilica. There is also a chamring single bed in a small neighbouring room suitable for kids. The place has most facilities needed, including cookwares and washing machine, with the exception of aircon (however given the height of the flat and its windows there was absolutely no need for aircon). One caviet is that the square is quiet noisy, but even though we are very noise sensentive individuals we could close our window and sleep well, as we were much charmed by the place! Also there a few flight of stairs without a lift but we absolutely didn't mind them, as every time we were excited to get back to the flat! Serena is such an amazing honest, kind and helpful host. We already dream we could go back one day!

Lovely views...

This is a lovely holiday apartment furnished in local style, well worth the 99 shallow steps up to it. There is a stair lift for luggage and softies. Looking directly at the Church of Santa Croce, it is very central, a short walk from all the major sites. The owner Serena is very helpful.

Charming flat, excellent location, and breathtaking views!

Serena was very prompt in answering my questions when I was considering this flat. My husband and I stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed seeing the winter international markets below in the Santa Croce Piazza. I've always wanted to experience Christmas time in Florence and this was the perfect location. The flat was well-equipped and furnished nicely. Annalisa was so sweet when we met her to give us the tour and going over the keys. It is a lot of steps but they really aren't very steep and the view is very worth it. Location is great and Vivoli's is right around the corner for the best gelato! Excellent location! Thank you Serena and Annalisa! Buon Natale!
