A beautifully presented 2 bedroom balcony apartment in Woolacombe overlooking Combesgate beach with spectacular views of the sea and countryside.

From the glass balcony and front room you can gaze across the sea and watch the ever changing seascape. Just pull up a rocking chair and relax!

The apartment has been recently redecorated in a contemporary coastal theme. There are 2 bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with tv and dvd player for the kids to enjoy a movie night from the huge collection of DVDs. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living room boasts amazing sea views from a large window and a super squishy sofa to curl up on after a busy day on the beach. There is access to a balcony from the dining area to truly enjoy the views. There is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer.

There is a cupboard full of games for when the weather isn't being too kind and another cupboard full of beach bits (beach towels, buckets, spades, beach chairs, wind break, parasol) for when it is!

There is a designated parking space right by the front door so no great distance to lug your bags. In fact no need to move your car at all if you don't want to, everything is a short walk away. Woolacombe has a great range of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and beaches.

A short drive a way there are more sights to see if you fancy venturing to Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor, Barnstaple or Croyde, there are many more places to explore.

There is also unlimited broadband and a lovely welcome pack to await you.

We have tried to think of everything and hope you enjoy your time here, but we are also always open to suggestions should you think we've missed something.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

A perfect apartment with the most amazing view!

The View really is an apt name, I promise you will never tire of it, it is addictive! The Welcome treats were fab and the apartment was stylish and comfortable. Honestly, we cannot fault the apartment, as It was perfect for our young family. There are plenty of things to do nearby, especially Coombsgate Beach for rocking pooling and boogie boards!

Wonderful holiday

We had a lovely week staying at The View. Its great to be able to walk to the nearby beach and there is plenty of rock pools to explore when the tide is out. Not too busy either. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

This was the second time myself and my husband have stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first time! The apartment is lovely and bright and clean and furnished beautifully. Really nice touch was the bottle of bubbly in the fridge and all the goodies waiting for us, as well as milk, tea bags etc. for that much needed first cuppa when you arrive after a long journey (thanks Suzi)! You are just drawn to the two rocking chairs in the bay window looking out to sea - what a view - whatever the weather!! The balcony is just right for that morning coffee or a g & t in the sunshine in the evening! Mortehoe is a gorgeous little village and the scenery around it is spectacular. Plenty of things to do and the beaches are fabulous. A really lovely and much needed week away. We didn't want to leave!

What a find! Perfect in every way

We were looking for a short break, which is always difficult to find at a reasonable price. Suzi offers flexible changeover and at a good price. We weren't sure about staying in an apartment with no garden, especially with 2 young children. We didn't need to worry! The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the nearest beach and only about 15 minutes from Woolacombe itself. The views are outstanding, so when it rained we could still look at the sea. The balcony is lovely for sitting out on in nice weather. Parking and access to the apartment was easy. We were welcomed with a great basket of goodies and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, thank you. Our children loved the TV in their room, the toys and books in their room and the games and DVDs.

The apartment is light and spacious and ideal for a family of 4. The ensuite was useful and everything was well equipped, including beach things for the kids, washing machine etc.

Our only concern was whether our kids might disturb the neighbours below, as we are aware residents live in the block. We tried to be careful though.

Suzi was very helpful and responsive and even let us arrive early/check out late as no one was staying the next day.

We loved it so much here that we have already booked for next year as it gets booked up so quickly! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

About Suzi Powell

Jerry and Suzi live just outside Woolacombe but visit the village daily for school runs, trips to the beach and to visit the lovely restaurants.

We moved here 8 years ago and love living here with our two young children. We have visited Woolacombe regularly for about 20 years and decided that we would move here permanently and get to enjoy it everyday rather than just on weekends.

We both have our own businesses locally and love the community feel of the village.

We were won over by the view! We bought the appartment with Suzi's family so that they could come and spend more time with the grandchildren. By renting it out it helps pay it's way. The location is just pefect being far enough away to miss the crowds but still close enough to venture in should you wish. We feel as though we stumbled across a really gem when we bought this!
