2 Bedroom Villa with Mountain Views
This Goudi villa is our 2nd home in Cyprus, it offers the prefect escape from a busy life in a peaceful location away from the crowds, but close to the beaches, tavernas and restaurants of Polis. In addition to the large communal pool a few seconds walk away, the villa is equipped with A/C, Internet, TV, DVD as well as fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, etc.
The open plan lounge/ dinner offers plenty of space for eating and relaxing indoors, with a large patio door leading out to the paved rear garden, where there is a BBQ & outdoor dining table.
Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, both with double beds.
The villa has AC units in both bedrooms and in the open plan downstairs, reasonable usage of these is included in our rental costs. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need, from a fully equipped kitchen to bed linen, towels for inside and of the pool are all provided.

Great value in a hillside villa.
My partner and I enjoyed a tremendous stay in your hillside villa. The semi-detached house was spacious and airy, whilst the terrace overlooked both the distant mountains and sea. It's location is a mere 10 minute drive to the nearest town, Polis, and another 10 minutes to a superb beach from where Latchi watersports operate. The holiday villa is well equipped and the barbecue was used on four evenings, taking advantage of the local seafood.
Your agent, Amy, was very friendly and the handover process was kept simple. Although we did not use the communal pool, it is large enough for children to have fun splashing about.

“We looked at another villa in Lofos Village several years before we bought this one, when we were first looking to buy in Cyprus, but a combination of price and family needs meant we were unable to buy on that occasion. But as luck would have it a few years later the market had changed and this villa came up for sale, we liked the village so much we bought it and now have it as a second home in Cyprus.”
Activity and Interests
Located in the traditional village of Goudi, this villa is part of the small Lofos village community of villas, the community of only villas and townhouses are mainly owned by British expats as holiday homes and 2nd homes in Cyprus, with a few houses used as permanent homes. The village of Goudi is located on the hillside overlooking the surrounding hills with a clear view out to the coast. Being a traditional Cypriot village it offers visitors a quiet location to relax and unwind away from the mainstream hotels, a 30 second walk from the villa is the large swimming pool which has views over the surrounding hills, perfect for exercise or just to relax in the shallow end. There are pool beds and umbrellas provided around the pool and pool towels provided in the villa.
In addition to the local Supermarket & Kiosk in Goudi, the unspoilt Polis is a short (6km) drive away, which along with its beautiful beaches offers visitors several shops, restaurants, tavernas, etc. to enjoy in a traditional town square. A few minutes drive past Polis is the renowned Latchi Marina with several waterside restaurants and bars, along with a water sports centre offering all kinds of water sports from waterskiing to fishing, to boat & jet ski hire.
Past Latchi is the Akamas Peninsula offering several nature trails and hiking possibilities.
Being set in the hills the villa offers a perfect base for cyclists keen to get their exercise in the year round great climate of Cyprus
