Overlooking Beach, close to Golf Club

Beautiful apartment adjacent to the Alcaidesa Golf complex. Walking distance to Golf Club entrance or if you're not a Golfer, 300 metres walk down a pathway (not steep) to a fantastic beach. This beach is combination of sand and pebbles, ideal for families. Kids love it. From the apartment's open balcony in the evening you can eat, relax and enjoy a Panoramic view of the sun setting. If you'd like to dine out, there are 4 restaurants on the complex, one for fast food, one high quality Anglo European, one traditional Spanish and one Italian. Travel wise it's 10 minutes drive from Gibraltar or 1 hour 10 minutes to Malaga. Has Wi-Fi Internet so you can surf & read your emails.

Quality flat, perfect location

The flat is high quality with beautiful views to the sea. The beach/ coast is close (5 minutes slow walk, appx 500m) and there is a nice view to the Rock of Gibraltar. The highway is easy to access (5 minutes from the flat) and you can be in Gibraltar in 15 minutes.

The whole residential area is very quiet and pleasant, two golf courses are right next to the house.

One thing two improve: there is no wifi or any internet.
