This stunning 3 bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and offers guests a modern, comfortable and fully fitted holiday apartment. The apartment is situated in a private mews on a new residential area only 10 minutes walk from the popular Burriana Beach where guests will be spoilt for choice with a huge range of bars, restaurants and merenderos, as well as a large sandy beach offering a variety of water sports and activities for families.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one is a King, one a double with en-suite bathroom and the third one is furnished with twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main living area is open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with air-conditioning and fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and there is also a washing machine in the utility room. There is a family bathroom with a large walk in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

A sunny terrace leads from the double french doors of the lounge and is furnished with rattan seating of table and chairs. Views of the town, mountains and sea can be seen from here. The terrace has the luxury of getting sun all afternoon and evening, making it ideal for al-fresco dining.

The apartment comes with a garage for guests use. This private community offers a large outdoor communal pool and terrace located close to this apartment. Please note the pool is closed during winter months.

Free unlimited Internet , UK Television and Sky is included with the booking of this apartment.

An extra bed can be brought into the apartment's en-suite bedroom for a 7th guest at an additional cost of €100.00

Infant cots and bedding, high chairs and beach towels can be provided at extra cost should you wish.

We (2 adults and 4 children) were in Nerja for 10 days in October.

We liked the apartment very much. Everything we needed was available.

Perhaps because it was low season, it was very quiet in the complex.

The handover of the keys worked smoothly. Not far to the beach on foot (just a couple of meters in height difference).

The contact with the landlord was very positive.

We would highly recommend the accommodation in any case.

A lovely apartment close to the beach

We visited early November with our two young sons. The apartment was close to the beach in Nerja and a good base for visiting the surrounding area by car.

Our arrival was smooth, collecting keys from a local hotel and the apartment was freshly decorated, spacious, modern and clean. There is loads of built in storage in the bedrooms to pack away all your clothes and cases and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was very well kitted out and there was a large walk in utility/laundry room which was very useful.

Once we'd moved the kitchen knives out of their reach we felt it was also very safe and secure place for our children (who were 10mths and 3yrs old when we visited). The main balcony is lockable with a key and the balconies accessible from the bedrooms are enclosed Juliette type balconies so safe and secure. There are some sets of stairs accessing the apartment in the complex itself but these were manageable and were only negotiated with the boys a couple of times a day.

I'd happily recommend visiting and would love to go back ourselves!

Tolle Wohnung!!!

Wir (4 Erwachsene + 2 Teenager) haben die Osterferien 2017 in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. In echt ist die Wohnung bzw. der Balkon eher größer als es auf den Fotos scheint.

Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet und die kleine Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Bei kleineren Problemen (in unserem Fall eine kaputte Lampe) hilft eine Agentur vor Ort, über die auch ein Taxi Service vom bzw. zum Flughafen bebucht werden kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr problemlos und bei Aufenthalten über 10 Tagen wird zwischendurch die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt.

Nerja selber ist ein toller Ort an der Küste, der viele Restaurants und schöne Strände bietet. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Küstenorten an der Costa del Sol hat Nerja kaum Bausünden.

Ein bisschen gut zu Fuß sollte man allerdings sein, da man in Nerja immer wieder bergauf bzw. bergab laufen muss. Aus unserer Sicht war dies kein Problem. Selbst ein großer Supermarkt ließ sich zu Fuß erreichen, genauso wie der Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants.

Von Nerja aus bieten sich schöne Ausflüge zu diversen weißen Dörfern, in die Sierra Nevada, nach Malaga, Granada etc. an. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage.

Die Überschrift der Wohnung (geräumige 3-Bett-Wohnung) ist allerdings falsch. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Möglich wäre noch ein siebtes Bett hinzu zu stellen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) waren 10 Tage im Oktober in Nerja.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde.

Vielleicht auch bedingt durch die Nebensaison war es sehr ruhig in der Anlage.

Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Nicht weit zu Fuss zum schönen Strand. (ein paar Höhenmeter)

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr positiv.

Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
