Luxury apartment in centre of Marbella.In front of the beach and the old town

This beautiful apartment has been just furnitured to a Hight quality level.Big plasma TV,confortable and hugh sofá-bed,moderm bedroom where you could rest as you where at home.In the kitchen you could find everything you need for preparing a nice meal.althought you are on holidays and perhaps you could prefer just to go down and enjoy a nice tapa in the bars next to the beach.it could be relaxing.

Fantastic Holiday in a Fantastic Location

The apartment was immaculate. There were clean towels, the bed was beautifully made, and the overall cleanliness was fantastic. What makes this apartment special is it's location. It's right in the middle of the old town. You just walk out the door, turn right and you're in the thick of it. We had a fantastic time and would use it again. We were picked up and dropped off by the owners brother Juan Carlos who was very helpful and friendly. Contact details were given to us in case of an emergency. It was a lovely apartment in a lovely location. Thanks for letting us stay, and taking us to and from the airport.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

This centrally located apartment was very clean and comfortable with a homely decor. It was fully equipped with all essentials including a Smart TV and WIFI. Comfortable sofas and mattress and lots of hot water.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice break in Marbella as the safe location was central to Old Town, main shopping areas with cafes, Tapas bars and very near the beach promanade.

Maria the owner was very helpful, honest and kind. We had a self inflicted problem and Maria was with us within an hour and her efficiency and genourosity of heart was impressive. We will definitely use this apartment the next time we visit Marbella.

We caught the shuttle bus from the airport to Marbella Bus Station and Antonio very kindly picked us up from there to take us to the apartment, which was excellent in every respect. Lift up to the 5th floor and very secure entrance doors and apartment door. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space and a small but very nice bathroom. Always plenty of hot water, lots of towels etc. The place was spotless and the bed very comfortable - free wifi and satellite TV if needed. This apartment was situated perfectly - a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful Old Town and Orange Square, with the most wonderful narrow streets, full of cafes and restaurants and hundreds of orange trees laden with fruit! We were also only a few minutes walk from the lovely beach and promenade, with a leisurely stroll to Porto Banos. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars and the Spanish people so helpful and friendly - it was a delight. Right outside the apartment was a wonderful bakery and patisserie, which was extremely popular. Maria and Antonio couldn't have been more helpful and we would love to go back sometime. Weather was very good too even in December!

you could have an incredible holidays with no stress...no car need for enjoying the beach,the restaurants,the nice bars around the area.Even if you want to go farther,you have a bus station just in front of the apartment.Just reform and with nice modern furniture you will feel like at home
