The Beach is a short 5 mins walk with 2 popular Beach bars around a 15 minute walk. It is a 5 min walk to the popular Albayt Spa and country club. Local shops & amenities are a short 3 min drive away

Estepona port and centre is a short 7-8 mins drive with popular restaurant and beach amenities. Duquesa port popular for its restaurants and bars is around 6-7 min drive. A local bus service also passes close to the villa serving both areas. Taxi fare is between 10-15EUR.

Water Park - Slides & water fun for all the family ( Fuengirola) approx 40 mins drive

Castellar Zoo - A family run zoo that rescues exotic animals, is around 25 mins drive and is an excellent experience for families young and old.

Golf - Lots of great courses within 2/3 min drive ( enquire about golf packages and discounts)

Day trips - If you don't want to drive far, there are several coach tours operating a collection point close to the villa ( 3 minute walk) and can take you on trips to Morrocco / Granada / Mijas ( enquire for further details)

Spacious luxury apartment, a delight to stay in th

Lovely elevated apartment. Spacious and well equipped. Each of the three bedrooms has its own on suite so great for families or three couples who want their own privacy. Very clean with lots of towels and even a few necessities in the fridge and cupboard. Ice making fridge with filtered water a great bonus. Air con and heating perfect for changeable weather during our stay in April. 5 minute walk to beach by negotiating an easy road bridge. Beautiful scenery. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

Relaxing Villa - Spacious and close to Beach

We had a wonderful holiday, Villa is very spacious and outdoor space has everything you need, with shaded areas and yet pool catches the sun right through the day. The area of Duquesa, Estepona and Casares are wonderful spots and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring them & would recommend the same to anyone else. There are some shops and things close by and a country club with a gym and mini golf area. Beach is walking distance maybe 5 mins or so. Simon the property manager was on hand with helpful suggestions or like when we needed some extra towels and it wasn't a problem. The welcome pack when we arrived was a lovely touch too. A great holiday!

Fabulous Villa in quiet location

I have stayed at the same place on a number of occasions with family and friends. The place is spotless and in a great location. Customer service from Simon was excellent and I have already recommended the Villa to other family members and colleagues. I love visiting this part of Spain and the Villa ticks every box you can think off. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, golf courses, Estepona, Duquesa and so much more. The Villa is very private and I’m looking forward to returning in the near future.

Great property - not the best location

First the good - fantastic property with masses of space, 3 ensuite bedrooms all with air-conditioning and fans. Well equipped and well supplied kitchen, and 3 dining areas - indoor, balcony, and outside. The outside dining space is particularly fantastic - tranquil, shaded, and really well set out so tat it genuinely felt like an external room. The pool is circa 10 metres long (so plenty big enough), ranging from 1-1.9m in depth. The outside area is extremely private with one minor exception (read on). Overall great quality of accommodation, fantastic outdoor space, well equipped, and topped off by a very generous welcome pack of Cava, beer, coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, crisps, and more.

There were a few things we would have changed; firstly the house is about 250 metres from the A7 dual carriageway - this means that the road is very visible from the balcony and more importantly the traffic noise is pretty much constant when outside, or in the house with windows open. Second, the specification mentions that there is an annexed apartment that the property managers live in - this isn't entirely correct; the villa is effectively split into two flats; the property managers live underneath the main villa. This presents only a couple of small problems - firstly the outside space is all "downstairs" from the main villa; a minor inconvenience except when carrying food/crockery etc downstairs for meals. Walking up and down stairs multiple times with arms laden is a slight annoyance. Second is that the downstairs apartment effectively overlooks the outside space - an issue that is averted by the fact that the managers have all blinds closed all the time, and obscured bootle glass where there are not blinds. This actually left us feeling less that it was an inconvenience for us, and more sorry for the managers since it is almost like having people held captive in the apartment below you! :-) Finally, there is one Chinguirito within about 20-35 minutes walk (35 minutes with youngish children), and a further Chinguirito another 10 minutes walk onward. There is also a snack bar within 10 minutes walk that belongs to a hotel complex - we went once but didn't eat since it was a secured complex so we had to ask to be let in, and the food was basic. As such, a car is pretty much essential if you want to go out for dinner.

Overall - a very good property slightly let down by a couple of things.

A brilliant villa for a family

We stayed with our 3 teenage boys and had a great time, the pool, garden and house were perfect. The house had loads of space and the fridge dispensing water and ice was really useful in the hot weather.

Very large and great location with super pool area

This was great for 4 adults and 2 children due to large bedrooms all with bathrooms . Great location to travel to all areas Duquesa Port and Sabinillas our favourites. Excellent pool and garden area and the owner was very helpful at all times
