Centrally located between Perth and Dundee and 48 miles from Edinburgh. Over 100 golf courses within an hour. Cauldcotts House boasts a huge living room with wood-burning stove, games room with pool table/darts/DVD/wifi (both rooms have Sky+ Multi-Room). Bedrooms have over 50 Freeview channels & DVD. Very spacious kitchen with 7 burner range cooker, American fridge/freezer, wine fridges & dishwasher. Double Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower for two & double sinks. Utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer, drying screens & ironing facilities. Cloakroom/pantry. Centrally heated throughout. Hot tub on decking, a gas BBQ & comfortable outdoor furniture. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Outdoor drying area & large lawn. Large kids play area suitable for ages 3-10.

The bedrooms comprise of an American super king size bed in one of the bedrooms with the other 4 rooms having a king size bed in each which also converts into 2 single beds. Travel cot available.

Bedlinen (with the exception of the cot), towels and logs are included in the price.

'We stayed here as a family break and to also have my husbands 40th birthday party. I don't think any review would ever do it justice as you actually have to go there to believe how amazing it is!! The owners were very accommodating and the house had lots of little extras that made you feel at home as soon as you walked in the door! Every piece of the house is so well thought out and every where you sit in the house has the best views so you really do feel like your away from it all even though you are not too far away from anything!! We all had a ball and it was all age ranges. The party was held downstairs in the open planned and very spacious grown level, we had a disco area , a photo booth area and lots of space in between! The kitchen is to die for and we used it to its full potential as there were loads of us eating at the same time but this was no issue at all! Once your done in the games room or once you have chilled out in the living area or kitchen you can go outside on the decking and have an even more relaxing time in the hot tub while waiting on the BBQ heating up! My wee dogs also had a ball whilst the kids played in the park that is also in the garden!! I cannot again explain in words how fantastic the place is but I can tell you this, we would go back time and time again and you really are in a home from home ! not to mention when you go upstairs to bed you feel like your in a hotel!! 5 rooms, 5 bathrooms and beautiful soft cosy carpets!! We all loved it so much. Long story short- if you want a break away from it all with family, friends or even to accommodate a party! you have found the right place right here!!. All the best to Dave and Claire as they deserve every bit of positive feedback because they really did make a lot of people very happy and very relaxed xx'
