A new and luxury apartment in Torrevieja area (Punta Prima/Los Altos) offers

The apartment is fully furnished, air-conditioned and with an access to the Internet (Wifi).

There are 2 terraces (with a view either at the swimming pool or a park) and a private roof terrace with a panoramic view of the area.

Kitchen is fully equipped for 4 persons with a cooker, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

A handy location: 10 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 minutes from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants, 1 minutes walk from the park.

East Kilbride

Good flat, central location, nice pool and relatively quiet.

This is a good flat in a very central location. 2 bathrooms were great, though it takes a bit of getting used to having glass walls in the en-suite.

the apartment was spotless on arrival. very bright and sunny. Lovely pool area. A few low cost changes could give it an extra star. as the flat is aimed at 4, I would suggest seating for 4 in the living room and on the balcony would be adventitious put 4 chairs and a table please. some coat hooks in the bathrooms and some where for towels would also be good. Hooks for jackets and some storage space could help as the linen was in them when we arrived. I would replace the glass units beside the bed with proper cabinets that you could store things in, along with a dressing table with mirror would make life easier. In the kitchen, a kettle big enough for 4, a cutlery inset and draining board would help keep the place tidy. The key holders were fantastic, very friendly and efficient and I can thoroughly recommend them. As I say, a few changes would make the flat a bit better. the pool area, was lovely, very clean and tidy and close to the flat.

very nice apartment but not secure.

this is a very nice apartment with everything you need for your stay here, well positioned for shops and transport links. Only problem was that the apartment was not secure and we were burgled and robbed of our personal property. The key holder was not much help at all and it was very difficult trying to get the owner to contact us.

Before the arrival, we always ask our guests to close all the balconies, use electric shutters and lock the door at night. My key holder was informed about this incident and came to talk to you. As agreed, we also refunded your stay. We've taken steps to improve the security in the apartment to avoid such situations in the future.
