Woodpecker's Nest

The Paddocks Holiday Barns have been newly converted from a large agricultural barn. Finished to a very high standard, Woodpecker's Nest and Squirrel's Drey are a mirror image of each other and are available to rent either separately or together for larger groups. Each single storey unit features an open plan living/ dining area and sleeps up to 4 people.

Outside there are large enclosed gardens, with a shared summerhouse , perfect for those sunny afternoons or balmy summer evenings. A BBQ Stand for your disposable BBQ is available.

For the children there is a trampoline and a football goal as well as a swing ball and boules game.

We are in an ideal location to explore North Norfolk, close to the stunning North Norfolk Coast and Broads.

Lovely accommodation

Bright and clean accommodation , ideal for families with children. Secure very large garden which the children loved. Had lots of extras such as a trampoline and garden games. Inside the accommodation is well equipped and finished to a high standard.

Ideal location for exploring Norfolk. We will definately return.

Squirrel Drey

The apartments are well presented and you have all you need; Mike and Sue the owners are very nice and helpful. You will need to drive as all facilities tend to be a couple of miles away however, if you want peace & quite you will definitely get that here. Although you are away from most amenities there is plenty of room for kids to run around and explore. There is a road that runs past the property so if you have very young children you must supervise them at all times however, as long as you are a responsible parent it should not be an issue due to the amount of space for the kids to roam.

My wife and I were very happy with the apartments and we will probably return with our children & grandchildren

Relaxing

As a second visit to this property it wasn't at all disappointing. Clean, quiet and very relaxing surroundings with great hospitality

All the smaller details had been thought through and were very welcome.

Would certainly visit again if we're in the area as this holiday rental is quite central to many attractions.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing time away.

Stunning!

This property has a beautiful interior, the owners have thought of everything....we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage and area. There was much to do and see, for all ages.

The Paddocks Holiday Barns are situated in a quiet rural location close to the market town of North Walsham,within easy reach of all that the beautiful area of North Norfolk has to offer. Close to quiet beaches, as well as the popular coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham.

The Norfolk Broads are close by, and a short drive away is the historic city of Norwich.

For outdoor lovers there is plenty to see and do in the local area, with walks, cycle rides and golf courses within easy reach.

The town of North Walsham and it's surroundings has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym.
