Brand New to the Rental Market, 2 Bedrooms, Open Plan Living Area.

The Paddocks Holiday Barns have been newly converted from a large agricultural barn. Finished to a very high standard, Woodpecker's Nest and Squirrel's Drey are a mirror image of each other and are available to rent either separately or together for larger groups. Each single storey unit features an open plan living/ dining area and sleeps up to 4 people.

Outside there are large enclosed gardens, with a shared summerhouse , perfect for those sunny afternoons or balmy summer evenings. A BBQ Stand for your disposable BBQ is available.

For the children there is a trampoline and a football goal as well as a swing ball and boules game.

We are in an ideal location to explore North Norfolk, close to the stunning North Norfolk Coast and Broads.

Lovely property for exploring Norfolk and the broads

Accommodation was excellent. Still quite new when we stayed for the August bank holiday (2016). Very well kept and spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Good for kids with a huge field behind the property - lots of space for running around. Being in the area of the Broads does have lots of good pubs and restaurants. It is just over 20 minutes to Cromer and Sea Palling beaches. Sea Palling, is a beautiful long Sandy beach and has fairly shallow water. Kids loved it and even on a hot August bank holiday it was easy to get parked. Property does require a car as the road in and out doesn’t have a path and is too busy to walk. Would we go back – Yes absolutely.

IMMACULATE HOLIDAY COTTAGE

We had a great time with our 2 children in this well equipped immaculate cottage in a lovely location, just off the beaten track but still within a short drive of all the best destinations North Norfolk has to offer. The cottage itself is really cosy and finished to a really high standard with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom with a great walk in shower. The grounds are very good for small children, well fenced in with lots of room for them to play and fully equipped with a football net, trampoline and swings and a summer house which my little girl named as her 'princess house'. All in all we would highly recommend this accommodation and we would stay here again next time we visit this Norfolk.

A great place to stay.

We both really enjoyed our stay at Woodpeckers Nest. Nicely decorated, clean and welcoming with a comfy bed and fluffy towels. Would definitely reccomend and we hope to return soon. Many thanks to Sue and Mike.

Fantastic Place!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Owners have thought of everything you might need and it was spotlessly clean with lovely fresh linen and fluffy towels! Loved all the nice little extras that were provided and we and our 4 year old had a fantastic time. Its in a great location for various attractions and we cant wait to return! Owners were friendly and booking was straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

With every convenience thought of our stay was made very relaxing.

The Paddocks Holiday Barns are situated in a quiet rural location close to the market town of North Walsham,within easy reach of all that the beautiful area of North Norfolk has to offer. Close to quiet beaches, as well as the popular coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham.

The Norfolk Broads are close by, and a short drive away is the historic city of Norwich.

For outdoor lovers there is plenty to see and do in the local area, with walks, cycle rides and golf courses within easy reach.

The town of North Walsham and it's surroundings has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym.
