18 Norton Park Has just undergone major refurbishment including full insulation so comfy all year round. Rewired, replumbed and complete redecoration.

New shower room with towel rail, underfloor heating and built in units. New kitchen with all new appliances including washer/drier,dishwasher.

A safe and quiet site with a grass area in front of the chalet for Al Fresco dinning if required.

It has allocated parking for one car but has ample additional parking. Close to all amenities Dartmouth, Woodlands Adventure Park, Dartmouth Golf Club. Beaches a short drive away as are Totnes, Kingsbridge, Slapton Sands, Salcombe, Hope Cove, Bigbury and Batham.

Very close to Sainsbury's,Lidi and there is an M&S Food store in Dartmouth.

Bus stop at the main entrance and close by is the Park and Ride

Hello. Our names are Gina and Terry. Gina has lived and worked in the area her whole life whereas Terry has lived in and around the area for 32 years having originally emigrated from London with no desire to move back. As we have a large family Gina purchased this for use as a getaway but we unfortunately cannot make full use of it full time. We have made it comfortable and hope you will enjoy your stay there.

Lovely chalet for a family holiday

Really cosy chalet just outside Dartmouth. The owners were really helpful fitting us in. Great base for exploring the coast and Dartmoor with home comforts in the evening.

Quiet site but within striking distance of all facilities. Close to town, beaches, golf, walks, leisure parkland all amenities.

Nearest Airport : Exeter, Devon at 70 Miles Nearest Barpub : Dartmouth at 1 Miles Nearest Ferry : Dartmouth (Paignton Torquay) at 1 Miles Nearest Golf : Dartmouth Golf & Country Club at 3 Miles Nearest Train : Totnes at 13 Miles Nearest Motorway : A38/M5 at 20 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Dartmouth at 1 Miles Nearest Beach : Blackpool Sands (Blue Flag) at 4 Miles Car: necessary

Dartmouth Is about 5 minutes away with it's picturesque harbour and many shops,restaurants and activities. Dartmouth Royal Regatta late August, The Music Festival is a major Spring event, plus various other events throughout the year.

Sportsmans Arms pub/restaurant 5 minutes towards Kingsbridge with child play area (recommended )

Beaches Are many and varied the closest being Blackpool Sands (Blue Flag) a 10 minute drive but well worth it. A little bit further is Slapton Sands or Bantham Beach (sunbathing/swimming/surfing

Woodlands Leisure Park 3 miles towards Kingsbridge Great fun for all the family.

Dartmouth Golf & Country Club Allows temporary membership at reasonable cost and is available daily. It also has a swimming pool/fitness centre. Bar & clubhouse.

Many coastal and country walks close by.
