Situated in a quiet part of the beautiful town of Costa Calma noted for its attractive green zone and stunning beach. The key feature of our holiday home is the sizeable heated pool which is the focal point of the outside space. It also offers a private seating and lounging area, washing line, tiled yard for ball games and an outside shower with hot and cold running water. Inside the property there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space. One of these bedrooms offers the opportunity to have two separate single beds or to put these together. Both the main bathroom and en-suite are equipped with toilet, bidet, basin unit and walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from bottle opener to oven.

My wife Eleanor and I, Olivia who is four and Joseph, two, live in Staffordshire. My parents live in Fuerteventura and it was while visiting them that we fell in love with the Island. I am from the Isle of Wight originally and so the laid back island life holds strong appeal.

Amazing villa in a quiet residential area. Pool and garden secluded which made it perfect for us. First time we have booked on owners direct and will not be the last. Easy to book, great communication and a lovely warm welcome. The villa exceeded our expectations and really enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Thank you to you all.
Perfect private Villa with pool
We were in search of a quiet modern comfortable Villa with a pool, and we were not disappointed.
The owners parents greeted us on our arrival and made us feel at home straight away. The Villa looked brand new due to the excellently presented decor. The private pool was covered with a sliding enclosure that kept the pool at a constant 33 degrees all week. We were able to swim 4 times a day. At the end of our stay we felt sad to be leaving what had been a true home from home but with a huge difference as the sun was shining every day. Top quality pad
Really lovely villa, well laid out, luxurious and spacious. The patio/pool area are not overlooked, and are pretty sheltered when the wind gets up. In April the pool doesn't drop below 28C and in the evening is around 32. Everything in the villa is well organised and presented - good sized rooms, three showers running from the solar water heater, well-equipped kitchen. The washing machine and table tennis in the garage are a bonus. Shutters and insect mesh on most windows, although to be honest we didn't see many insects. Great location for exploring the island, in terms of shopping Spar and Hiperdino within 5 minutes drive and Supermercado in Butihondo about 10-15 minutes down the FV2.
Only niggle is the 85 Euro non-refundable cleaning charge, none of the other owners on Fuerteventura I contacted when researching this holiday expected any charge for cleaning, and personally I believe it should be included in the price of the villa - not added as an compulsory extra.
Really enjoyed the holiday in this villa though and would definitely recommend to friends and visit again the next time we can afford a holiday.
Fantastic relaxing stay in Costa Calma
Lovely place, the pictures & description don't do it justice. Two couples in our
50's (going on 18) stayed for a week, the area was just right for us, not noisy
or too built up, but with enough bars & restaurants to keep us happy. Going out
was not a great issue as the villa has everything we needed to relax. If you feel
like exploring it would be best to hire a car to see the north of the island, we didn't bother with that & took the bus to Morro Jable one day.
The villa is clean & spacious with everything we needed & the added bonus
of Wi-Fi & internet TV. We were greeted by Roger's (the owner) parents
who had prepared everything for our stay, including making sure the pool was
perfect. I can't wait to go back, maybe with the grandkids, they would love it.

“We found after visiting Fuerteventura a few times and speaking with some locals that the climate throughout the year was better on average in the south of the island. After spending time on Costa Calma beach we decided to focus our search for property in this area. We set about looking for a property that our growing family and Grandparents could all enjoy and we have purchased this home as a joint venture with them.”
Activity and Interests
Our property is based in Costa Calma which is situated a 45 minute drive south of the airport. There are buses from the airport to Costa Calma but we can also arrange for an English taxi driver to collect you. Once at the house no hire car is necessary to reach the excellent local amenities.
The beach as well as bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and a pool bar are all within 10 minutes walk of the house. There are also some excellent walks with up to 17 miles of beach and coast line to walk.

We will require a good house keeping deposit of £150 to be paid with your final payment and returned following a satisfactory inspection of the property immediately after your departure.
Our preferred changeover days are Saturdays and Wednesdays but we are always happy to listen to other suggestions.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure and final payment should be made no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made in Stirling or Euros.
The price quoted is based on 2 people sharing.
The price for 3 people is £615 per week

“On first viewing we fell in love with the feel of the place, it's situation being perfect for capturing the sun all day long, in a private garden with heated pool (what a luxury) looking out at the sea, mountains and parque natural whilst still providing protection from the breeze.
