The location of the apartment is close to bars restaurants and shops. It still makes for a perfect holiday.

The apartment has just undergone a reform that has brought it right up to date. It has safe very well kept communal gardens that are simply a joy to take in when they are all in bloom.
The beach has Pedelos and kayaks for hire which I can say are great fun in our crystal clear waters.
For our future guests, we can recommend this beautiful setting high enough.

If you like watching beautiful Menorcan sunsets from a clean, spacious balcony, then this must be one of the best views in Menorca. You also have a wonderful sea view so the views are breathtaking. The apartment is clean and of a good size and is situated brilliantly, being a short walk from the exquisite Cala en Porter beach and an equally short distance from the local supermarkets, restaurants and bars. In spite of the close proximity to all the local facilities, this apartment is in a quiet and extremely peaceful street. The owner Mark Stone is a decent, honest and likeable man who is happy to help you with any queries or problems. Mark definitely provided excellent customer service and we would be happy to recommend this apartment to family and friends.
Lovely apartment in a great location.
Apartment was exactly what we expected from previous reviews and pictures. Spacious,clean and all amenities that we required. Great location for beach access(168 steps) plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Worth 10min walk to the sunset bar on the cliff to watch the sunset having a drink fantastic views of resort and out to sea,would not recommend eating there. I would recommend this property to anyone, could not fault it.
Beautifully situated appartment
Large spacious apartment with beautiful views, perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Immaculate apartment, fantastic facilities including dishwasher and washing machine ( a real plus) as was able to travel light!) Mark responds immediately to any queries couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Wide a varied restaurants to suit everyone's taste, we particularly liked Sa Paissa for a special evening and also liked the friendly atmosphere of The Village Pub.
Can't wait to return.
Amazing holiday, didn t want to leave
We arrived late on the Friday and found the apartment in clean and tidy condition. It was lovely and big with huge airy double bedroom, lovely sitting room and kitchen but the main feature was the balcony/veranda seating area.
From there was the most wonderful views of the sea and land, perfect for the sunset.
The little balcony area off the main bedroom was great for morning sunshine and the larger one from lunch onward.
My two boys aged 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 loved it - there were beach toys in a box and meant we didn t have to buy to much for digging on the beach or swimming in the pool.
The owners are great and brought us a travel cot and high chair the following day due to a mix up via email. They were extremely helpful during the booking process and with information.
Well we were back 2 days and have already booked to stay there again next year.
If you want great views, lovely apartment which is quiet but central for the town and beach this is the place.

Recommended by a friend, I booked this large 2 bed apartment all for myself. Booked a car from the airport (only 15 mins away) an easy route direct to Cala en Porter. Menorca is an ideal location for a first time driver abroad.
The apartment was very spacious with good facilities, 2 balconies (the side balcony has sunshine all day, the front terrace has views of mediterranean sea and excellent sunset views.
Two minutes via steps onto a sandy beach with amazingly clear water and rustic bar. Even though there are sunloungers, many people (including myself) lazed on beach towels. It was clean, well overseen with lifeguards on duty and toilet facilities.
There is also a walk route across the cliffs towards calan coves and ancient cave sites via the traditional routes still accessible today.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and plan to return again next year. :)
Great family holiday
Booked last minute but was very happy with the accommodation. We had great views looking out to the sea and we were very close to all the bars and lots of great places to eat.
The accommodation had loads of space inside and a great outside space to eat and drink in the evenings on the few nights when we didn't want to go into town.
It was only a five minute walk into town which was great with two young children and also very peaceful in the evenings.
The beach was also fantastic for kids as sea was very calm and only a short walk.
Overall a great family holiday being only 15 minutes from the airport and not being under any flight paths.

Envious location with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and headland
Sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a large pool and children's pool on the complex.
The apartment is on the 1st floor with your own front door leading on to the large terrace. There is a TV with English channels. Siesta Mar 1 is a well kept complex with many of the apartments privately owned.
Just a short walk will lead you to the village where you will find shops, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and evening entertainment. But the apartment is far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil when you want to get away from it all.
The beautiful soft sandy beach is also a short walk away and is ideal for children as the sea is very calm and stays shallow for ages! There is a lifeguard on duty and a First Aid area. A couple of good bars on the beach selling tapas, drinks, ice cream etc.
There is a local bus service for a ride into the capital Mahon.
A 15 minute walk to the opposite end of the village will lead you to Cova Den Xoria for spectacular views from the caves by day, by night there is a night club with Jazz music and famous DJ's performing. A completely unique experience of night life and views of the sunset.
