This wonderful property sits in the heart of the village of Aubeterre-sur- Dronne. All of the facilities and entertainment are within walking distance which is a huge bonus for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Walk into this property and you will experience the magical features of a hidden gem. The courtyard is secretly tucked away out of view from the village street built into the rock. It towers over four floors and is nettled into the hillside. From the house there are breath taking views and from the land above you are not overlooked. Lots of room in the house for everyone with an acre of land where you can explore and even camp with yet another cave to discover. The village property is located in one of the most beautiful villages in France. There are four bedrooms on four levels. There is a kitchen with living area. There are two shower rooms with toilet and wash basin and another off the courtyard. The garage is at the front of the property.

We have owned the house for over twelve years and continue to make improvements.

It has been a great holiday home for us in the past which has been enjoyed by our children, grandparents and friends.

The house has something for everyone to enjoy. Its a traditional French village house and yet unique due to it's architecture and its location built into the rock. It has a courtyard in the back leading to a 50 m square cave. There is a great sun terrace with spectacular views and a private park which extends to the end of the street all hidden and accessible from the back of the house! Big spacious rooms so that people can relax and enjoy a great holiday.
