This is a beautiful detached 5 bedroom villa situated walking distance to the Marina, shops, bars and Restaurants. Situated just behind La Sala bar and restaurant. The property has 3 double bedrooms upstairs, master has a private terrace and en suite bathroom, both bedrooms have small terraces over looking the garden and a large guest bathroom. Main level has a lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen with Utility and a toilet. Nice terrace area out of lounge and dining room leading into a lovely garden area with swimming pool and BBQ eating area. On the lower level is 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom, fully refurbished in 2017. The property also has high speed WIFI and satellite TV. The perfect property for a large family or groups.

Costa del Solution

Looking for a holiday hideaway- a getaway location with a barrier in place to stop reality getting in well this villa is your Costa del Solution.

Trusty administration from the start. Assistance on arrival and available support throughout the stay. Check out day was regretful only in so much it seem to come round too soon.

So what about the Villa - well everything works and there is so much included as standard that other villas would not offer or only as optional extras

No surprise it has a pool but with active floodlighting for the pool party!

No surprise it has ensuite and family bathrooms but with power showers with multiple jets even for your feet! you'll sparkle

No surprise it has a speaker system but this blue tooth produces great sound

The outdoor dining space with all the amenities makes for a relaxing at home feeling right from the start.

Indoor dining with its quality furniture lays the format for a special meal

The kitchen and utility room is furnished with all the white goods and extras you'll need

The gardens are well tended and the peace and quiet gained from the drop in elevation from the main road( beyond that barrier) makes sitting out admiring the tree scape view all the better

Finally you are not overlooked so whose to know

That then is the verdict

Property Almost Luxury didn't quite hit the mark

1. Knives on wall in kitchen are broken

2. Kettle needs replacing, looks unhygienic and is broken

3. Towels didn't smell laundered, one of them was stale and body odour (washing machine needs replacing)

4. Crockery insufficient for 8 let alone 10

5. Placemats were dirty, crumbs and no matching sets for 8 or 10

6. Only 7 sunbeds, and 2 were broken

7. BBQ broken grill, chose not to use

8. Pool cleaner arrived unannounced, we'd like notice as children had already waited an hour after lunch to then have to wait another hour as he instructed

9. No pool net by the pool or at property, would have been handy to skim the top of the pool everyday as tree bits were blown in there everyday

10. No mirror in main bedroom

11. Main bedroom wires sticking out of the wall unsightly

12. Main en suite missing instruction buttons in the shower and shower door gliders need attention for ease of use

13. Sunbed mattresses should be replaced or at very least cleaned as stained

Everything above should be very basic and what we would expect for a £4k a week villa

All the above said about the property, the agents and people we dealt with to book the property, were by far above and beyond outstanding, so helpful in every way.

Owner's Response: Dear Alistair, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Firstly I would like to apologise on behalf of myself and my management team regarding some of the issues raised. I have now replaced the kettle, bought new sun loungers (now 10 in total) all new cushions, new cutlery and crockery. However I found only one knife broken (slight damage) the other 5 next to this one were all good? we have 2 washing machines, the one on the left in the utility room was purchased in March 2017, so it is new, however if they were not dried properly then they would be musky and this will be checked every time from now on. If you had mentioned any of the problems as you found them I would have amended them instantly and made sure everything was perfect for you, please in future point these issues out ASAP and they can get rectified instead of leaving them to the review, I feel this could have been prevented. Again I am very sorry and I hope this is will not put you off using us as a rental company in the future. Thank you. Della Hall

Fabulous villa. Perfect location.

Beautiful villa, very spacious and finished to a high standard. We spent most of our days by the pool! The garden is lovely with a really pleasant outlook, it is hard to believe this peaceful oasis is only a 5-10 minute walk from the busy marina of Puerto Banus. Definitely looking to return one day....!

This beautiful villa really could not be situated in a better position. The property is in a gated quiet community and just a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, boutique shops, comercial centre, English cinema and the beautiful Puerto Banus Marina. Once you arrive at the property there is no need to hire a car, but it is great to have a car for the convenience to and from the airport plus sight seeing. Puerto Banus is definitely one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Del Sol and is known for the luxurious life style with many celebrities choosing to holiday here every year. The marina is stunning with luxury yachts, flash cars, exclusive bars and restaurants. It is a great place to sit with a cold drink and people watch.
