Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool. The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.

The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views.

Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inches LCD Smart TV and soundbar. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic mountains and sea views, perfect for sun bathing and for breakfast and dinners al fresco.

There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between 15 houses.

The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

We have just finish refurbishing the house; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances, including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.

As part of the renovation the house now has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.

Please note that the swimming pool is closed between 1st December and 15th of March but sunbeds are available on the communal areas.

About Eva Salvado & Eli Jones

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalusia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base.

As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home.

In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!

To wake up in the morning and saw the sea and the mountains -Wow! we stayed 15 Days and enyojed every day. Close the beach and the citycenter.

Fantastic location overlooking beach, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk yet still peaceful. 10 minute walk into centre of town.

I think you'd struggle to find a better location.

Decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean, everything you could ever need - even straighteners! Lovely warm welcome on arrival.

Our hosts were easy to contact and helped immediately with any queries.

Amazing family home, in such a great location - couldn't get any better

I can't emphasise enough how lovely this house is as well as the owners, we've been to Nerja a few times previous and specifically chose Burriana Beach as the location to make the walk to the beach easier, we normally stay more near the Balcon de Europa, when we spotted his property we knew exactly where it was before we booked. It certainly doesn't disappoint, it's a little piece of luxury. The house is fully equipped and is immaculate, it's still so near the centre but yet close to beach, best of both worlds. What makes this place stand out is the helpfulness of the owners as well Eva couldn't do enough for us and we were in regular contact throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this and would advise to book asap as I can imagine it get booked up well in advance, we will definitely be returning.

A wonderful holiday in fantastic accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Eva and Eli's beautiful apartment, and have already discussed when we can go back. The accommodation is clean, bright and extremely tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Eva and Eli have provided everything you could need in a holiday accommodation and our party immediately felt at home when we arrived. Their customer service was second to none, and they were always only a text away if needed. I went to Nerja with my parents and sister. The apartment is well located, only minutes from the beach and about a 10 minute stroll in to the centre of Nerja, so easy to access the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nerja, and the accommodation was definitely the highlight. The only problem is we didn't want to leave. We'll hopefully be back next year if you will have us Eva and Eli. Thank you again.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums, on which a canary can sometimes be heard singing...

However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains.

The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, or mudéjar, and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach.

Nerja's most spectacular attraction is undoubtedly its fascinating caves, located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as paintings over 20,000 years old and other pre-historic remains. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer. Each summer Nerja celebrates International Cave Festival, with the participation of many top international entertainers.
