Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool. The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.

The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views.

Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inches LCD Smart TV and soundbar. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic mountains and sea views, perfect for sun bathing and for breakfast and dinners al fresco.

There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between 15 houses.

The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

We have just finish refurbishing the house; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances, including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.

As part of the renovation the house now has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.

Please note that the swimming pool is closed between 1st December and 15th of March but sunbeds are available on the communal areas.

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalusia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base.

As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home.

In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!

Perfection - Home From Home

This is my 2nd stay at this house and from the moment I arrive I feel so comfortable here and any stress just melts away.

It's so tastefully decorated with colourful and unique items of furniture, making the place feel fresh and vibrant.

We were 3 couples staying here to celebrate a round birthday and it was the perfect place to do so. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all perfectly spacious and clean, and the kitchen accommodated everything we needed to make the celebrations successful. Every last detail has been thought of. The terrace with the sunset was also the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif with the sunset before heading into town for dinner.

In terms of location, it couldn't be better. The beach is 5 mins away, and the centre of Nerja (Balcon de Europa area) about 10-15 minutes walk. As the house is situated slightly on a hill, the viewsof the beach and sea from the main terrace and master bedroom terrace are breath taking.

Eva, the owner, was so helpful, in constant contact when needed and really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable to the max.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Nerja. I love this house and can't wait to go back!

Superb location & property

The house was beautiful-very well equipped, clean and in excellent condition. The location was excellent, lovely views from the balcony. Eli and Eva organised transfer from and to the airport- and the taxis were very prompt. They were available for any questions and replied promptly- ensuring we arrived safely. We enjoyed the sea Kayyaking- a group of 6 of us- Mum Dad and young adults- fun for all!. Two restaurants we particularly liked were Scarlettis, and The Cottage, 10 minutes walk towards the Balcon de Europa. Would definately recommend. The walk from the beach to the house is quite steep.

Super Place to Stay in Nerja

The house is on two levels with stunning view of the coast line and bay from the master bedroom and living space. Kitchen is very well equipped. House is air-conditioned in both south-facing bedrooms and in the lounge and living area. Parking on the street by the house was fairly easy and we always found a space. We all enjoyed the private shared pool which was was never busy. We loved the way Eva and Eli have decorated the house.

Nerja is a great place to relax and we found excellent places to eat in the town and along the beach. Town centre is just a short walk of around 10 minutes and the beach even closer. Great communication from Eva and Eli when we arrived late on and a little lost! Also when we had a slight problem with the a/c this was quickly resolved by Eva and Eli.

We recently stayed here with a couple of friends when we were getting married in Frigliana. What an amazing apartment. There is nothing we could fault, it looked exactly as it does in pictures. The view is like no other and all our friends and family that were staying in Nerja were so jealous of our apartment. Eva was so nice to deal with and had no dramas, she let us arrive earlier than expected and were allowed to stay later on check out day if needed. Thank you again for the card and wine you left for us. We will be recommending your place to everyone. Thanks again

Wonderful Beach House!

From the moment we arrived, walked through the house and then saw the view from the balcony, we knew we were going to have a lovely holiday! The house surpassed our expectations, it's even nicer than the pictures portray! The house was immaculately clean. Really nice touch to have an extensive guest welcome pack. Kitted out with lots of high end mod-cons which my husband was very impressed by! Lovely house for a family holiday, as we were.

The pool is great. The beach is so close. The town centre with lovely places to explore, eat, drink is also so close. Eli and Eva were great to deal with. All in all, a perfect holiday.

Loved Nerja, loved the house - we will be returning! Thank you Eli and Eva!

Amazing sea and mountain views. Ideally located; 2 minutes walk from the famous Burriana Beach and under 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Balcon de Europa (center). Pool shared by the 10 or so houses in the complex which is seldom busy (20m from the house).

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums, on which a canary can sometimes be heard singing...

However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains.

The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, or mudéjar, and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach.

Nerja's most spectacular attraction is undoubtedly its fascinating caves, located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as paintings over 20,000 years old and other pre-historic remains. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer. Each summer Nerja celebrates International Cave Festival, with the participation of many top international entertainers.
