The Granary - sleeps 3 guests in 2 bedrooms

The Granary is a delightful bijoux cottage in the beautiful Conwy Valley. Sleeping three in two linked rooms this house certainly is a romantic spot to visit for a couple or a small family. The house makes up part of a cluster of houses all available as holiday lets. The Granary is the smallest of the three and it boasts lots of charm and character. A wonderful spot for a holiday!

There is much to do here, whether it's walking around the 33 acres of private land and exploring the paths and woodlands, walking over the field to the local pub, or going further afield towards some of the many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. Bodnant Gardens is well worth a visit and is just 10 mins drive by car from The Granary. Conwy town, a UNESCO world heritage site is also close by and with it's a many artisan shops and eateries it draws visitors from all over the world. The Granary is located in the Snowdonia National Park and is not far from Mt Snowdon. The highest peak in Wales.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both linked through an open door way. One double bedroom and one single bedroom. There is a travel cot and spare single bed in one of the double bedrooms for guests to make use of.

Bathrooms: 1 downstairs shower room with loo, sink and walk in shower.

Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox.

Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, Music system.

Dining: The dining table is in the kitchen and provides comfortable dining facilities for all guests

Garden: There is a sitting area to the rear of the house and guests also have access to the 33 acres of surrounding meadows and woodland which belongs to the owners. There are paths to follow and lots of places to explore or have a picnic.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house.

Changeover Day: Friday, Saturday and Monday
