The single house, with views, is located about 7 minutes from the sea, is surrounded by a nice green lawn extremely soft.
It consists of living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single room with two beds and a sofa bed for 1 + 1/2 square, bathroom with shower, hallway, veranda, laundry service, outdoor shower with hot water, satellite TV, DVD player, mosquito nets to every frame, cars. All in a plot of 5000 sqm fully fenced.
The white beaches, within walking distance, are equipped with bathing establishments and large free areas; stretch for kilometers, are surrounded by high sand dunes covered with juniper trees.
At about 700 meters there is the commercial center of the Tourist Village of Chia with: pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques, free admission for shows and evening entertainment, ice cream shop, pizzeria, restaurants, golf course, hiking with horses, off-road mountain biking. ,

The town of Pula, 10 minutes away from the house, offers a pleasant walk in the old town. Restaurants and craft shops, discos and a nightlife full of events such as concerts and art exhibitions welcome visitors.

Beautiful Secluded Property

A well maintained villa set in a beautiful garden with many fruit trees and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures! Fenced all round so safe for children. Secluded yet only 5-10 mins walk to the wonderful beaches.Spent one morning visiting the Roman Archaeological site at Nora,stopping for swim and lunch before visiting Sardinia's capital Cagliari which is only an hour away from the property.Enjoyed an evening BBQ.

Ruhiger strandnaher Urlaub.

Sehr ruhiggelegen in der Nähe einer Lagune in der Flamingos zu Ostern rasteten. Der Strand ist beliebt bei Surfern, Kitesurfern, Windsurfern und Wing-foil-Surfern. Die Gegend läd zum Wandern entlang der Küste und ins weniger besuchte Hinterland Richtung Teulada ein. Viel Natur mit Wiedehopf und Reptilien wie Eidechsen, Geckos, und sogar einen Walzenskink am Torre de Chia. Es war sehr schön, ruhig und entspannend. Roberto war sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Genial - sehr schönes Haus um einfach auch mal den ganzen Tag dort zu verweilen und die Ruhe & Sonne geniessen. Sehr schöner Strand in Gehdistanz, Einkaufen und Restaurant mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
