New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom vacation rental has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.
The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi and bluetooth sound system.
The large sunny balcony enjoys sea, pool and mountain views and is equipped with rattan dining furniture for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in power shower, towels are provided. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.
Air-conditioning has been installed throughout the apartment and is operated by a meter, should you require it. There is also a safety deposit box.
This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.
Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

Fantastic apartment
Lovely 2 bed apartment, second time staying in here and 3rd time staying on the complex all you for a great stay. Situated near the end of the strip so quiet enough for staying but close enough to all the restaurants and shops and just across the road from the beach. There are quite a few steps to the apartment so not recommend if have mobility issues otherwise it’s brilliant and have great sea views from balcony. Dean (property manager) is great and local and only quick message/call away if needed. FULLY RECOMMENDED

I have stayed in this complex on four occasions now and can say with confidence that it is one of the very best in the resort. Very close to a huge number of restaurants and bars but you are not aware of any noise while in the complex. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including every uk tv chanel if you fancy night in with a glass or two, and the views from the balcony are fantastic. Dean, the property manager, was really helpful and responded to any queries promptly. Highly recommended

Excellent apartment in central location
Lovely property in great location. Clean and well presented with great sea view. Located on a private centrally located complex. There are a large number of steps leading up to the property which may be an issue for less able visitors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would use again.

Excellent apartment with everything you require for a self catering holiday. Views from balcony are tremendous. Perfectly situated for all the restaurants and bars on the strip and the beach is directly across the road. Dean always on hand for any minor issues that arose. Only negative point for us (as senior citizens) was that the complex was quite hilly with a lot of steps to climb. However, the views from the balcony more than made up for this.
