New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi and bluetooth sound system.

The large sunny balcony enjoys sea, pool and mountain views and is equipped with rattan dining furniture for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in power shower, towels are provided and complementary toiletries. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

Air-conditioning has been installed throughout the apartment and is operated by a meter, should you require it. There is also a safety deposit box.

This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

We have stayed at this apartment before and brought some friends back. See previous feedback - all still applies! Immaculate and modern, perfect position, stunning views, great TV options for downtime etc. By far and away the best apartment we have ever stayed in anywhere. We will be back!

Fantastic modern apartment in a great location

This was my first trip to Puerto del Carmen and I will definitely be returning. We loved the resort and in particular, this apartment. We stayed for 7 nights from the 5th June and the weather was hot and sunny every day. It was perfect!

I travelled with my mum who can't walk great distances but this did not prove to be a problem as everything you need is conveniently close by. The private complex is set back from the main road and easy to access. There are also plenty of very reasonably priced taxi's for out-of-town day trips.

I was struck by how clean, modern and beautifully decorated the apartment was when we first arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to self-cater and if you want to spend the odd night in (as we did) there is Sky TV and wifi. The beds were very comfortable and there is air-con so sleeping at night was no problem at all. Great views from the balcony over the pool too!

A highlight for us was Teppanyaki at Enjoy restaurant (10 min walk from the apt). Thoroughly recommend eating here. We also loved swimming with the sea lions at Rancho Texas.

I have already recommended this apartment to family and friends with and without children as there is something for everyone here...and I will be booking this apartment again next year.

This was our first visit to Puerto del Carmen, and our first stay in an apartment. We usually have a villa in Playa Blanca, so it was new experience for us, and came with an open mind. We had a week here.

We were very pleasently surprised by the place and the apartment.

The apartment was just perfect, everything about it was great. From the stunning view off the balcony, to the quality furnishings, great walk in shower, and very very comfortable king size bed!

It is very clean and tidy, everything you need, without lots of clutter.

We arrived early, Gillian was still cleaning, but was very helpful & friendly and let us leave our bags until she had finished for us to go in.

The complex is just behind the main strip, but once you go through the gates it becomes a lovely tranquil area, with no noise from the street outside at all

It can be a bit difficult to find the first time if you are driving, there are no all singing all dancing signs to say it is there, but you soon realise why, most people wont know it is there, so they wont go wandering around in the grounds, parking can seem a little daunting at first, but you soon get used to the system, and we always managed to park on a street just a couple of minutes walk away, so it wasnt really a problem in the end

We will be back and will recommend to friends and family

2 bedroom apartment nr beach in Puerto del carmen

We stayed at this apartment over the New Year. It was brilliant. The position is amazing - right on the seafront but nice and quiet. The pool is lovely and cleaned every day and you have your own sun beds. Inside it is totally brand new and really high quality and was cleaned perfectly. The view from the balcony is brilliant - there were fireworks for New Year and we had a perfect view!

We have booked for this year already!

Excellent apartment, really enjoyed our stay

We spent one week at this apartment, as a family of 3 adults and one baby. The apartment was in pristine condition when we arrived, and the location was fantastic for easy access to the beach, shops, and bars & restaurants.

I hadn't specified a travel cot was required when booking, and the management company arranged delivery within an hour of us checking in.

The tv system was fantastic, having a baby with me meant some quiet nights in and the selection of channels made staying in very easy.

Breakfast on the balcony was lovely, and the pool was just down the steps from the apartment.

Really quite despite being so close to everything.....

Loved it.

Wonderful apartment on a beautiful island!

My wife & I really didn't want to leave this lovely apartment in the resort of Puerto del Carmen. We stayed for 7 nights from 6th December, and everything was perfect!

The apartment is in the centre of the resort, but is set back from the main road within a private complex, so whilst all the restaurants, bars and beaches are within a few meters, the apartment itself is lovely and quiet. It's also very safe, having big gates that deter entry to all except those lucky enough to stay there.

There is a communal pool, which is directly out the front of this 1st floor apartment. Children (and adults!) can play in the pool, in full view of the apartment's balcony.

The apartment itself has been recently refurbished. It consists of two good sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and the other with two single beds. Great for families or two couples.

There is a washroom, consisting of a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. All in lovely new condition, and were sparkling upon our arrival.

The kitchen & lounge are combined into a great space for relaxing, with a large comfy L-shaped sofa, big screen TV, and all the UK satellite channels you could ask for; although to be honest the balcony (which overlooks the sea, volcanic hills, and has gorgeous views over to Fuerteventura) is where my wife & I spent most of our free time.

The standard of quality throughout the apartment was very high, and the owners provided phone details of the managing agent in case we needed to contact them (which is reassuring, although luckily we did not require their assistance during our stay).

The resort itself is great for families or couples. Hundreds of restaurants, all within walking distance of the apartment. A favourite of ours was Oriental World, which is approx. 250 metres from the apartment and served delicious food from all over Asia.

There is so much to do in the surrounding area, ranging from volcano tours, boat trips, camel rides, theme parks, village markets, etc. You definitely cannot get bored!

To summarise, we LOVED this apartment, and cannot wait to return!

Puerto del Carmen is the largest and most popular resort in Lanzarote. Only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife airport it stretches the full 6km of golden sandy Blue Flag beaches and coves lined with bars, restaurants and shops. It was originally a small fishing village and the old town and harbour, within walking distance of the apartment, offers excellent fish restaurants with stunning views.

If you can drag yourself away from the beach there are many activities to enjoy. There are a number of diving schools within walking distance as well as windsurfing and paragliding. The many rocky coves along the seafront offer excellent snorkelling opportunities with plentiful tropical fish.

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy all the Puerto del Carmen has to offer on foot, however, for those that want to explore further afield we highly recommend a drive to Papagayo Beach nature reserve or Timanfaya National Park for the tour of the volcano! Both less than half an hour drive.

For those that enjoy shopping, there are plenty of independent shops along the sea front and the Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre, within walking distance, offers a good selection of clothing shops such as Zara, Levi and Quicksilver.

The Lanzarote IronMan triathlon, which is a major international athletics event, starts and finishes on the Avenida de Las Playas, lending an air of excitement to Puerto del Carmen every May / June. There is also a huge carnival every February attracting visitors from all over Europe.
