Private Terrace Garden,Lounge ,Dining room, Master suite with en-suite Family bathroom and Three guest double bedrooms. Wi-Fi access ,Two free parking Spaces. Seashores is within a 10-minute walk with a private access to a beach and within walking distance to historic Charlestown with restaurants, tea rooms and pubs.

Seahorses is a stylish property with living area with featured wall fire place modern art and a satellite TV. Features an iPod dock and DVD player, and there is also a work area. A contemporary kitchen,with an oven, microwave and refrigerator and freezer, there is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a downstairs cloakroom.

Garden with seating and a barbecue.

Seahorses is within 10 minutes to Carlyon Bay Golf Course. St Austell Rail Station is a 5-minute drive away, and The Eden Project & Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 10-minute drive.

I have been in the holiday business for 15 years and enjoy meeting people and making sure they enjoy their holidays.

I live in St Austell so always on hand if guests require anything during their stay.

I am Cornish born and so know the area very well so always ask for any help on different locations and attractions you would like to visit.

A delightful modern, clean cottage, very well equipped and well maintained with a very comprehensive range of crockery cookware glasses and cutlery. All we had to provide were toiletries and food.

The owner provided excellent customer service.

The listing was as described.

A quiet location with easy access to St Austell.

Would recommend this property to family and friends.

A small point but a shelf and wall mounted Bathroom cabinet in both the main bathroom and especially in the on suite shower room would have made shaving and storing toiletries so much easier.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und gemütliche Ferienwohung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super Ausstattung, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht (lediglich im Bad wären Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher nötig), gemütliche Zimmer, große Terrasse, Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Lage ist für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Das Meer hatten wir uns näher vorgestellt, man muss ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, dann kommt aber man zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Wir waren eine Woche dort, man kann sich in der Wohnung aber auch für einen längeren Zeitraum sehr wohlfühlen.

Empfehlenswert, aber mit Abstrichen

Für unseren Cornwall-Urlaub buchten wir dieses kleine Reihenhaus für eine Familie von 6 Erwachsenen (2 Paare und 2 Brüder).


ruhige Lage, saubere Unterkunft, große, im Wesentlichen sehr gut ausgestatte Küche ( Backofen und Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschtrockner, sehr viel Geschirr, allerdings nur eine einzige kleine Kaffeekanne für 6 Personen und kein einziger großer Topf zum z.B. Nudelkochen ) , sonniger, wenn auch für die Gegend extrem kahler Innenhof mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, allerdings ohne den angekündigten Grill. Die angekündigte Garderobe im Erdgeschoss suchten wir vergeblich und deponierten unsere Schuhe im sehr kleinen Eingangsflur und unsere Jacken über dem Treppengeländer (keinerlei Haken!). Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer entpuppte sich als elektrisches Dekoobjekt ohne Heizfunktion. Die Schafzimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, allerdings sind die Betten verhältnismäßig klein (2 Betten ca. 140cm, 1 Bett ca.120cm), also doch etwas eng für 6 Erwachsene. Die Badezimmer sind funktionabel , allerdings gibt es neben den (nur kalten!) Heizkörpern für dann immer feuchte Handtücher keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Haken, kein einziges Regal.

Der private Zugang zum Strand entpuppte sich als ein ca. 10 minütiger Weg durch ein Wohngebiet mit anschließendem Abstieg durch einen kleines Wäldchen, an dessen Ende wir zunächst am verschlossenen Tor strandeten, denn der am Kühlschrank ausgewiesene Code erwies sich als falsch (Die Berichtigung durch die Vermieterin am nächsten Tag kam leider etwas zu spät).

Insgesamt empfinde ich die Beschreibung als "Luxusunterkunft" ausschließlich , was die Küche betrifft, als zutreffend.
