2 bed/bath apartment, with a large terrace and direct access to the pool area

A bright and newly refurnished apartment with a large sun lit terrace looking over the absolutely beautiful pool in Aldea Blanca. Aldea Blanca is a condominium set in an award winning mature tropical garden. Between the exotic palm trees and the largest of the four luxurious swimming pools is our humble and calming ground floor apartment. The terrace, fully equipped with dining table, lounge sofa and sundeck chairs, has its own gate that requires just a few steps until you can plunge into the clear water. The living room consists of a dining table for six, a TV corner and a large window lit lounging area with a door opening up to the terrace. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort with dishwasher, laundry machine and much more. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the larger of the two having an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

The apartment has international TV and high speed internet via fiber.

Aldea Blanca is gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment is just a ten minute stroll away from the beach and Centro Plaza, the closest commercial shopping centre, is even less than that. A hundred metres outside the gate there are restaurants and shops open from early mornings to late evenings to satisfy your sweet tooth, dry throat and empty stomach.

Our Apartment Is registered with the Junta de Andalusia as an approved Holiday letting apartment, Ref CTC-201641914. As required by law.

Just completed two weeks at this lovely condo. The owners have done a

Lovely job in decorating and appointing their home. Found some great restaurants nearby with grocery store in walking distance. Weather did not cooperate but that's the risk of going in February. I would do late spring or fall.

Just perfect !

Stayed here for a winter break late January. Delighted with our choice of accommodation. Light spacious and tastefully decorated, set amongst beautiful well kept gardens . Spacious outdoor space with comfortable modern furniture and only a 5 minute walk to local supermarket and cafe and restaurant. Short stroll to beach and Puerto Banus Harbour.

Modern Apartment close to Puerto Banus

Visited in mid October and found the apartment to be comfortable,spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the adjacent pool area which has easy access from the terrace and only a few metres walk. Shops, restaurants and bars are very close by and the beach only a few minutes walk. It was quiet when we visited despite some very warm weather. Thoroughly enjoyable.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Apartment was well maintained with everything we needed to make out stay an enjoyable one. The grounds and pools were a delight which made for a very relaxing holiday. The location of the apartment was excellent as there are lots of bars and restaurants close by and Peurto Banus, and all it has to offer, is a 10 minute walk (down hill). Would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Little Corner of Paridise

We had a great 11 days in this apartment,before moving on to our next location,what a find !

The location,within the complex with access to the shops and the port was first class.

This is every thing you can dream of in a 5 star apartment,the wifi and tv package is first class and an example of the owners putting their clients needs first.

We had the seclusion although we were only a few steps from the pool and surrounding beautiful gardens.

The apartment is serviced from an on site office which is great if you have needs or information.

The photos on this apartment do not lie,it is five star !!!!!

The only thing we would like to be included is a basic welcome pack just in case you arrive late at night.

Clean and spacious well appointed apartment near puerto banus close to local amenities

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing break staying at Aldea Blanca. I stayed with my husband, our 22 month old son and my mum. This is a great apartment which is ideally located. It is close to two supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants which were all of a decent standard. I particularly recommend NOTO italian restaurant where the food and service were outstanding. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to Puerto Banus beach if you take the underpass by the casino. There is also a large market held on a saturday which is good to take a stroll around.

The apartment itself was very clean and tidy on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine and dishwasher which were easy to use. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were beach towels to use in the cupboards. The patio / terrace area was spacious and gets a decent amount of sun so nice to subathe here. In the cupboard on the terrace was a bbq, floats to use in water and even a bucket and spade! The apartment is only a few steps down to the pool area which is fenced off - handy when you have a very inquisitive toddler! The pool area is clean and was very peaceful and quiet when we stayed. There are four pools to choose from - although beware they aren't heated so were a little chilly ...especially for our toddler.

We decided not to get a car for the duration of our stay but had no problems getting about as there are many amenities within walking distance. The owners were extremely helpful and arranged our transfers which went smoothly. They even ensured the taxi had a car seat for our son and cot / highchair in the apartment.

We had beautiful weather for the duration of our stay and all in all had a thoroughly relaxing break. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
