A bright and newly refurnished apartment with a large sun lit terrace looking over the absolutely beautiful pool in Aldea Blanca. Aldea Blanca is a condominium set in an award winning mature tropical garden. Between the exotic palm trees and the largest of the four luxurious swimming pools is our humble and calming ground floor apartment. The terrace, fully equipped with dining table, lounge sofa and sundeck chairs, has its own gate that requires just a few steps until you can plunge into the clear water. The living room consists of a dining table for six, a TV corner and a large window lit lounging area with a door opening up to the terrace. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort with dishwasher, laundry machine and much more. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the larger of the two having an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

The apartment has international TV and high speed internet via fiber.

Aldea Blanca is gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment is just a ten minute stroll away from the beach and Centro Plaza, the closest commercial shopping centre, is even less than that. A hundred metres outside the gate there are restaurants and shops open from early mornings to late evenings to satisfy your sweet tooth, dry throat and empty stomach.

Our Apartment Is registered with the Junta de Andalusia as an approved Holiday letting apartment, Ref CTC-201641914. As required by law.

Absolutely fantastic, can't wait to return!

Thank you Mari and Kent for allowing us to stay in your stunning apartment. The pictures drew us to choose this rental and they don't lie. The decor is superb and very luxurious, a real treat in a holiday rental, the kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly need and more, the quality of the equipment is top class. We loved the outside terrace, really comfortable sun beds, but best of all the sofas that we lounged on, reading our books all day just occasionally wandering down the private garden path to the fabulous pool.

The location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to many excellent amenities, the Saturday market held in the Central Plaza was great, a lovely atmosphere and the Marina in Puerta Banuss was amazing, we spent many hours people, yacht and fast car watching.

Silvia and Alex were great in arranging our taxi transfers and Carlos, the taxi driver, was really helpful and made sure key collection and return was easy.

This was our favourite rental holiday so far and we can't wait to return.

Home from Home, but in the sun

This apartment is perfect for a family of 4, especially with the outside area being so close to the swimming pool. The apartment had everything you could want and was very comfortable.

We also liked the surrounding area, there is a market on Saturday's. We went to Yanx several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tried the Thai restaurant and drank at the Plaza Bar, all were good value and friendly. The walk into the main part of Puerto Banus is about 20 mins, but note it is all up a steep hill on the way back. Tip : don't stop off at La Sala for a drink, it is expensive and not worth the visit. I would recommend Picasso on the Marina as they do a discount if you are seated before 7pm.

Outstanding apartment!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this apartment. Set in the best location overlooking the main pool at Aldea Blanca, with steps leading down to the gated pool, this apartment is by far the best we have ever rented.

The apartment was completely safe for my 5 year old and one year old and the plastic plates and cups were a lovely touch for any family travelling with children. The owners also arranged a high chair and travel cot for us.

The beds are comfy, the kitchen very well equipped and there are so many channels in the tv....not that we watched it. We also loved the speaker so we could play music from our phones!

Location amazing, 5 mins walk from El dorado tapas which is fab! Ten mins walk from Centro Plaza with supermarkets and bars, 15 min walk from Puerto Banus and it's amazing harbour. All in all an amazing place for a holiday and a truly wonderful apartment. We will definitely return.

Excellent apartment in a good location convenient for the town and the beach. Well equipped and comfortable throughout. The owners were very prompt and helpful for any questions we had before departure and the entry/exit arrangements worked really well.

Best accommodation in the best complex

Beautiful accommodation, perfect location and to top it all the weather was brilliant!

Property office were very helpful when needed as was the taxi service we organised through Sylvia.

Many facilities within walking distance which was great as we didn't have a car.

Look forward to returning next year.

One minor niggle is we would have liked a change of linen however the weather was great so I was able to wash and dry it without any problems.

Many thanks for a lovely stay.
