This spacious self catering property is in an excellent location in Trearddur Bay on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales, only 2 minutes walk from the blue flag accredited beach and boasting excellent local amenities within walking distance.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom , twin bedroom, and one room with bunk beds. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower over, plus a second shower room with basin and toilet. The first floor has a well-equipped kitchen, and there is a large living/dining area with patio doors leading to a small balcony. There is secure outside storage for wetsuits and beach equipment or bikes.

The house is within easy reach of an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants, or you can venture a little further and explore Angleseys' variety of excellent eateries. Enjoy walking along The Anglesey Coastal Path, visiting South Stack RSPB Reserve or a wide range of local attractions. Easy access to the bustling port town of Holyhead with its Marina, retail park and supermarkets.

Wellington Court

This was a great property, very clean and everything you could need kitchen wise including dish washer and washer/drier. The massive fridge freezer and coffee maker need I go on. This and more is available if you intend cooking, however if not there is a good range of restaurants nearby. The Grandkids were impressed with the PlayStation and all the available games. All in all Wellington court is a great property to set down your weary bones after a good day. We loved it. Ohh and the cake butter and cheese where an added touch. Thankyou Rhian

Perfect location; well appointed.

This property was everything(and more) that we needed for a family holiday in Treaddur Bay. It really is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is no outdoor space/garden

our children, ages 9,10 & 11 were able to complete the short walk to the park by themselves as this did not include having to cross any roads. We had access to beach chairs, spades and nets for use on the beach and the absence of carpet in the house meant we did not have to stress about bringing half the beach in with us.

The accommodation was spotless. There was plenty of seating, enough crockery and cutlery for all of us. The beds were all full sized and four singles plus a double. Perfect!

There were fresh flowers, plus a welcome pack of milk, butter, cheese, bread and cake ready for us on our arrival.

As a family we always self cater and can honestly say this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. It just had everything we needed!

Beautifully appointed property

This property is in a great location for Treaddur Bay - quite literally a 5 minute walk. When we arrived there was a home baked cake, as well as a well stocked cupboard with bread, milk, butter, and all those other things you forget to bring like salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Every detail has been thought about. All the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a problem with the patio door and the owner sent someone round that evening to fix it. Nothing is too much trouble, it really is a great property. my only negative point is that there is no outdoor space to sit out except for the small balcony, but this overlooks the car park so isn't so desirable. However with such a short walk to the beach, its really not that much of a problem!
