Luxury one bed apartment in ideal seaside location near to beach, bars, local shops and restaurants. This bright, spacious first floor flat sleeps up to four people: large bedroom with super king size bed (which can be split into two single beds if required) and open plan lounge with large sofa which converts to a full size double bed. Facilities include: gas central heating, bathroom with shower, lounge with dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Also supplied: bedding, towels and bathrobes, hair drier, iron and ironing board, free wifi, catch-up TV, DVD player and stereo with iPod dock. Complimentary welcome pack also included. Please note: a charge of £20 per week applies for use of the sofa bed.

A very well equipped, comfortable and light apartment that is really well located

The apartment couldn't haven't been nicer. It was a perfect size for a couple with a dog and was full of mod cons which made the stay all the more comfy. Well placed just a street behind the sea front and a few minutes to the town's shops and restaurants. It is obviously well looked after and the host Martin was very welcoming, making himself available to answer questions and make suggestions. Parking looked like it might be tricky at first but in reality if you know where to park there is no issue - and Martin gave us plenty of good advice. And North Berwick is a little gem of a place. So a lovely stay all round.

Fabulous find

This flat has everything you need and more for a break by the beach. The owner has thought of everything that anyone could possibly need staying away from home and has put it into this property. The additional welcome pack of first night essentials (and more) add to this. I can't recommend it enough.

Locally there are restaurants, pubs and shops all within a stone's throw. The beach is literally right around the corner and there is a large green area with tennis courts around the next one.

I stayed for 9 nights and would not hesitate to return.

Exceptional property with lots of extras you wouldn't normally get in a rental property.

Very clean property and friendly property manager.

High street and the promenade and beach 2 minutes walk away.

Lots of good places to eat all within a 5 minute walk.

Very good value for money.

Fantastic apartment in amazing location

The apartment is even better in real life than it is in the description and photos! It is extremely clean and supplied with all the things you will ever need for a relaxing holiday. Martin, the owner, was courteous and attentive in his contact before we got to North Berwick and greeted us at the apartment when we arived, spending some time with us explaining how things worked. There was a very generous hamper, a bunch of flowers and some fridge essentials waiting for us in the apartment. The bed was probably the most comfortable one we have ever slept in!

The apartment is literally round the corner from the sea and beach and equally close to some amazing shops (try the baker's!!), cafes and restaurants.

The sofa bed got used when our friend, who lives half an hour's drive away, came for a sleep-over. Martin had prepared bedding for her and she found the bed very comfortable and cosy.

We would all highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent

This is a lovely, clean, and bright apartment, with anything you could ever need. These included a dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils for eating corn on the cob, and a carbon monoxide alarm! Martin seems to have thought of everything and went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I can't recommend this apartment enough. The location is perfect for access to shops or the beach.
