Designed for entertaining and enjoying large family retreats, or just friends hanging out together. A unique detached property which enjoys stunning views over Lake Annecy and, situated in the very cute village of Duingt, positioned to enjoy the late evening sun.

The property comprises 5 double bedrooms and 5 bath, an open kitchen, dining and sitting room. The house has two huge terraces overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy meals with an outdoor kitchen , 2 living rooms, and a 4000m2 garden with a very large pontoon.

The house comes fully furnished with brand new modern furniture, appliances. Sheets and towels are available. Cleaning is included during and at the end of your stay. Additional amenities for your use include 2 kayaks, bikes and a badminton field.

The alpine location offers summer and winter sports such as water sports : water skiing, wakeboarding, with sailing club next door, mountain walks, diving, golf, horse riding, summer toboggan, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding This location has ease of access to other European countries and ski resorts (Italy & Switzerland) by car or train and is a 40 minute drive from Geneva airport and 15 mins to Annecy itself.

In terms of cultural activities, there are many museums, châteaux, guided tours and shows in the area. Furthermore, the urban district of Annecy has been recognised for its art and history. The pure, clear water of the lake run down into the flowery canals of the old town, creating a picturesque setting that makes Annecy the so-called "Venice of the Alps".

The local restaurants offer a wonderful selection of different cuisine and wines. The range extends from home-made pizza to Michelin star restaurants (Yoann Conte / Le Père BISE).

Amazing

Quite simply the property is amazing. The views across the lake from the open plan living/eating area were stunning, and the outside patio was huge and captured all the afternoon sun. The bedrooms were all great and the garden was huge. Would recommend this property to all. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be back next year.
