Shops, restaurants, coffe houses, liquer store and banks are in a few minute walk. Reykjavik main shopping street is within 10 minute walk.

I am a graphic designer and have in recent years got more into renting apartments for travellers. I now have seven different apartments for rent in Reykjavik where I live with my wife and two children.

Why Björn Valdimarsson chose Reykjavik

I bought this property in the beginning to live in my self, which I did for a couple of years. This apartment is very well located in the city and has many luxury elements, granite table tops in the kitchen, floor heating through out, two fully tiled bathrooms, three very big bedrooms and one smaller. Double fridge with ice maker, wifi, flat screen TV and a balcony. There are two parking spaces in the garage with access to two lifts.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is unusually spacious for an apartment in Reykjavik and there is easy access to all directions. There is a large swimming pool, fitness centre and park in the nearest neighbourhood.

Amazing apartment

Spacious, well appointed, and dedicated parking. This was great accommodation for my group of 6 to explore Reykjavik and greater Iceland. A short walk to the main street of Reykjavik and very near a grocery store. Secure building and excellent communication with landlord.

Fab stay for new year in Reykjavik

This apartment is amazing, had everything we needed and then some! There was two families and 4 children (all ages) here for a week and we had plenty of room, a real home from home. The walk to the Main Street was easy, as was the walk to the nearby outdoor heated swimming pools. New Year's Eve really needed to be seen to be believed! Everyone enjoyed the very active week and it was lovely to come back each night to the warm and welcoming apartment. Bjorn was a very helpful and responsive host.

Phantastic living. Furniture, kitchen, interieur great. Beautiful overview from 6th floor over the city. Convenient organisation. Everything superb, even the garage in the souterrain. I can recommend it to everyone.

As Promised. Great Experience

We are vacation owners of 14 properties in Florida and the Swan apartment lived up to our very high expectations. We know how to present rentals and Bjorn proved he does as well. All 5 of us greatly enjoyed the location, the well appointed, artistic and decorated home, the small details like raw sugar and coffee and ease of access. We highly recommend and plan to return.

Nearest Airport : Keflavik airport at 50 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 200 Metres Nearest Golf : Grafarholt at 4 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Sushi train at 200 Metres Nearest Ski : Blafjoll at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Nautholsvik at 5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in a secure area near the centre of Reykjavik. Supermarket, liquor store, banks, restaurants and coffee houses are in a few minute walk. The city centre is in walking distance.

There is also a park, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym and spa with in a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
