Beautiful tranquil villa situated in a great location within Alenda Golf on the stunning Costa Blanca Coast. It is part of Monforte Del Cid, a quiet and peaceful residential area on the outskirts of Alicante which has great road links to the whole area.

The Villa sleeps 6-8, and is fully air-conditioned (with individual room controls). It has 3 bedrooms, (1 master bedroom with balcony and en suite, 1 double with balcony and 1 twin), there is also a sofa-bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The villa has a spacious living and dining area with a conservatory to the front of the property.

There is a beautiful garden, fully fenced, secure with gated entrance ensuring complete privacy. Off road parking for two cars.

Outside is a large (8x4) private pool which is not overlooked from any other property. There is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The villa has a covered terrace and gas BBQ providing an excellent opportunity for al-fresco dining.

The villa is within Alenda Golf, an 18 hole, 72 par course, rated 4.5/5 on Trip Advisor and 4/5 on Golf Spain. Alenda Golf is a superb golf resort with exceptional facilities and a wonderful clubhouse within 5 minutes walking distance serving great food.

Alenda Golf is excellently situated and sits on the crossroads of many major routes, 20 minutes from great sandy beaches, 20 minutes from Alicante airport, 15 minutes from central Alicante, 25 minutes from Benidorm or Torreveijain.

There are beaches 12km (15 minutes) away.

Also, high speed train links from Alicante to Madrid and Barcelona .

There are plenty of good local restaurants within the surrounding area.

Perfect accomodation for a family

We are just back from a most wonderful holiday where we stayed in this property. The accomodation was exactly what we needed, not an easy ask for a family of 6, but with the pool, the barbecue, the patio, good quality internet and air conditioning, as well as being a short walk to the local shop and within an easy drive of Alicante, it was just perfect.

I'm so sorry for how long it has taken me to leave this review, and to thank you for our fabulous stay at your family's beautiful villa, things have been a bit hectic!... Better late than never!!!

Review....

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, well-equipped villa with everything you could possibly need.

Paula is fantastic and responds to communications extremely quickly, as does Michael, who is your local contact/property manager while you're there. Michael was great, giving tips and advice about where to go etc, and nothing was too much trouble. I had to text/email him and Paula several times because our flight was delayed on the way out - they were both great! And poor Michael who came to my rescue when I couldn't work out how to use the extractor fan!!! (You have to pull it out first!!!)

A car is essential because, unless you are a golfer (which we are not!), there is nothing really to do within walking distance, especially with little ones (we were there with our two year old). Having said that, we had booked this holiday not really wanting to do very much other than lounge around by the pool and spend time together as a family, so the distance of the property to places within walking distance wasn't really an issue for us. There is a great little supermarket with almost everything you need a couple of minutes walk from the villa, and it is actually not that expensive, which I was expecting it would be with such a captive audience! The prices there seemed comparable to a local supermarket in the UK. If you do have a car there are great Carrefour and Aldi supermarkets a few minutes drive away which are very reasonably priced. There is even a little playground so you can leave hubby outside entertaining the kinds while you go in and do your shopping in peace!!!

Useful tip - there is a keep cool box in the shed which you can use to keep your ice cubes/ice cream/meat etc cool in the hot care whilst on your way back!

If you do have a car and want to do a bit of exploring, the villa is fantastically located to get straight on the motorway and get to the coast etc in no time at all.

The airport is really close, and if you follow Paula's instructions (or use a sat nav), I think you can do it in about 15-20 minutes if memory serves correctly.... Unless you do neither of those things, and rely on printed maps and the logicality of Spanish road signs, in which case the journey could take you closer to 3 hours!!! :0|

Séjour très agréable!!!

C' était vraiment une villa très agréable. Nous y sommes allés en famille, nous etions 4. Paula a vraiment pensé à tout pour qu' on ne manque de rien, la cuisine était complète au niveau du materiel, la clim dans toute les pièces non négligeable surtout quand il fait hyper chaud à l' exterieur. La piscine très bien entretenue. D' ailleurs, toute la maison était très propre, Paula a même mis à notre disposition plusieurs serviettes de bain. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment dans cette villa. Laissez vous tenter, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Villa confortable et agréable

La description de la maison correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Elle est bien située à proximité des axes routiers.

A notre arrivée, la maison était très propre et le jardin bien entretenu. Le quartier est très calme et sans nuisance.Le jardin est parfait pour se détendre, et grâce aux aménagements extérieurs nous pouvons vraiment vivre dehors.

Nous recommandons cette propriété, elle est idéale pour une famille. La petite supérette du Golf est parfaite !

Notes on Prices:
There is an additional fee of £100 to cover cleaning and laundry which is applied to each rental and is payable with the final payment.
A £300 returnable deposit for any damaged incurred is also required with the final payment - this will be refunded 7 days after your departure date. Don’t worry allowances are made for small items - glasses, crockery etc.
