3 bed townhouse located in the beautiful village of Benahavis. Benahavis is mountainous village known for its restaurants, views and golf courses. The house is located within a 5 minute walk of the village centre which makes it ideally situated to ensure you can enjoy all the village has to offer. The house is very well equipped to ensure that you have a most enjoyable stay in our "home from home". The ground floor of the property consists of well equipped kitchen, downstairs wc, comfortable living/dining room and terrace with dining furniture and comfortable chairs. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite) and a main bathroom. The second floor is an expansive roof top terrace equipped with dining furniture, comfortable sofas, loungers and beautiful mountain views.

Fabulous - A real home from home

What a great find. Just spent a week here with my daughters (29 and 26) - perfect holiday accommodation and destination. Property just as described, clean, well maintained, very relaxing and well above average and nice and cool. Two sun terraces, so room to spread out, roof terrace the perfect G & T spot. Super location and considering it was August, really didn't have trouble keeping to quieter areas. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, very reasonably priced, didn't have a bad meal the whole holiday, apart from in Rhonda! Which is well worth a visit but been there twice now, food stinky both times. Highly recommend La Torre in Benahavis, Grill Argentina drive past the supermarket and its on the left as you pass the golf course on the right, Robin Hood Pub off the main road towards Estapona, The Antigua on the beach - drive towards Estapona and take the first turning to the right that takes you across the road, great to spend the day there, grilled squid delicious and the most amazing mostly fish restaurant in Estapona itself. I think it's called Escalaria but if you take yourself to the port where the lighthouse looking thing is you won't go wrong its on a corner by the fishermens storehouses, not with other restaurants, looks more like a cafe/bar - octopus salad amazing, very busy and worth the wait. We cooked in several evenings, well stocked supermarket 5/6 minutes drive towards the coast, fab quality fish, meat and wine at very reasonable prices. I would recommend this to all, my husband is trying to plan a week here as I speak.

Fantastic Apartment

Five minutes walk from the centre of Benahavis this apartment is finished to a really high standard with plenty of living space and locations to relax in. Three bedrooms in total with two doubles and a single third room, the master bed has an on suite bathroom and its own balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom plus there is a third toilet downstairs. Internet TV should you wish to stay in would allow you to keep up to date with any of the home terrestrial channels. You can choose to relax on one of two terraces, one out the back of the ground floor and one on the roof where you can find the sun throughout the day. Wifi and internet strength is pretty good throughout the building for those needing to keep track of things back at work/online/social etc.

The apartment is in a block of nine others and they share a community pool with around five blocks in total, sounds potentially like a lot of people but the entire stay we were there we were the only ones at the pool and were surprised at how peaceful the place actually was. The pool was of a medium size and you could do short lengths in it if you wanted a swim and is surrounded by manicured lawns - it was a lovely environment to relax in.

Cannot fault the owner who made contact throughout the whole booking process and made sure we settled in quickly and easily upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily return to it and Benahavis deserves a visit from any foodie types as the choice and quality of the restaurants in the village are second to none. The village is set on the side of a really steep hill and visitors with restricted movement should be aware of this - taxis are readily available though. If you're thinking about visiting Benahavis then stay here - doubt you'd find anything better!

Perfect property

The property was perfect for our long weekend stay. We stayed as 2 couples and there was plenty of room, lots of wardrobe space and the living room had great space. It was even better than the pictures and the roof terrace and balcony was a gem. I would recommend this peoperry to anyone interested. Nichola was so accommodating and helpful replying to my emails really quickly making the arranging of our holiday really easy. Benehavis is a beautiful little town, really unspoilt with lots of fab places to eat and drink. We didn't get enough time to explore as we were staying for a wedding but the river looked like a lovely place to explore. Id love to come back to stay longer and see more of the town soon.

We had a fantastic week's family holiday in Benahavis. This house was fab, and suited our family needs. Being clean, spacious, comfortable , safe and ideally located to reach many amenities. We loved this property and plan a return visit as soon as possible. This house is well equipped for all you will need to have a great holiday. We highly recommend this property and were sad to leave it. Adios!

As a returning visitor to this great property, I could not recommend this beautiful townhouse and location more.. The house is located in the amazing picturesque village of Benahavis with lovely restaurants, bars and beautiful mountain views and walks. The Village has a very relaxing feel and welcoming atmosphere. The Beach and the lively Puerto Banus easily reached from this lovely location.

The House is very spacious, clean and well furnished throughout with access to a great pool which catches the evening sun! We also found the roof terrace great for sunbathing, evening meals or just enjoying the great views.

In all, I couldn't recommend this property and location more and I look forward to spending yet another amazing week there this year!!

Wow!!! This lovely townhouse is set in the most picturesque village of Benahavis which is nestled in a valley surrounded by breathtaking mountain views yet close to beautiful beaches, what an amazing holiday we had...the house itself is a perfect home from home, well equipped and tastefully furnished with thought and care, it has a lovely roof terrace...perfect to sit and have your morning coffee just as the sun comes up! all this and just 5 minutes walk to the village centre which is full of the most amazing restaurants, we soon learnt people came from far by taxis just to soak up the atmosphere. Lovely lovely, we will defiantly be back!!
