Five Fernhilll is a five star gold award luxury apartment with a large balcony and stunning panoramic sea views of Carbis Bay and the North Cornwall coast line. The perfect place for a relaxing seaside holiday the golden sands of Carbis Bay beach are a short 5 minute walk with excellent facilities for water sports, sunbathing and beautiful walks along the coastal path. The historic fishing village of St Ives is right on your doorstep with with easy access from the apartment by car, bus, train and even the beautiful coastal path. St Ives is a picturesque fishing village and renowned for cosy family friendly pubs and award winning restaurants there is always somewhere different to eat. If you fancy venturing further afield then locally there are two 18 hole golf courses, horse riding stables, bike hire and leisure centre with gymnasium and swimming pool.

First class accommodation!

This apartment is simply stunning, finished to a high specification; it's contemporary yet has a cosy 'home from home' feel about it. The balcony boasts the most breath taking view over Carbis Bay and is a very good size too, plenty of room for al fresco dining and entertaining! The rooms were also a good size with ample storage, extremely comfortable beds and with a luxurious bathroom with the bonus of soft warm fluffy towels on our arrival! The beach is just a short walk from the apartment itself and in our opinion is one of the best in this region (clean, not crowded and with plenty to do for the kids). Take care walking down as the paths can be quite slippery if it has rained and be prepared for a very steep walk back!! A small price to pay but very beneficial on the calf muscles haha! Parking outside was a little tight for our four wheel drive but nevertheless it was conveniently close to the apartment. St. Ives is a must and can be walked to from Carbis Bay along the coastal path which is really lovely.. It boasts lots of amazing restaurants (The Black Rock is our personal favourite along with the Sea View Cafe), boat rides, plenty of shopping and The Tate. If you're taking a dog with you, you'll find a fantastic dog friendly beach just opposite the Tate. We had a wonderful holiday that was made all the more better by the friendly warm welcome by the owners of our apartment and would highly recommend to anyone visiting this gorgeous part of Cornwall:-)
