This lovely air conditioned apartment close to all amenities has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday, couple getaway or a golfing break. The apartment offers a large open plan living/dining area with dining table and 4 chairs and also 2 breakfast bar stools, a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioned master bedroom is large with double bed, mirror and dressing table En suite bathroom walk in shower and patio doors opening on to the terrace. The terrace has a table and chairs for relaxing or Alfresco dining over looking the beautiful landscaped gardens and pool area. The second air conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds.The family bathroom is situated next door to the second bedroom. The fantastic swimming pool and children's pool are set in beautiful landscaped communal gardens. The pool and gardens are secure and can only be accessed via a locked gate(key provided) so it is a lovely complex for young children. the apartment has security grills and shutters on all doors and windows(keys provided). There are built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. Bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and there are two fans available for use if required. The lounge offers air conditioning a 40" smart TV(if you have a USB hard drive or Amazon fire stick) and Bluetooth sound bar(connect to phone for your music) English channels and 6mb broadband, 2 3 seated chaise sofa beds.The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and washing machine.All pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. are provided. There are marble floors throughout.The apartment is only a 2 minute stroll from the famous Villamartin plaza which offers a very well equipped supermarket and a number of great restaurants, bars, entertainment, shops and banks. If you wish to get out and about there are some fabulous beaches within a 10 minute drive and also La Zenia boulevard which offers something for everyone with numerous high street stores restaurants, bowling alley cinema, casino and children's funfair only 5 minute drive.

Winter Break

we thoroughly enjoyed our 23 days stay at the apartment which included everything we could have possibly required. It was much bigger than we expected and so the two of us felt more than comfortable. The smart tv and free wifi were especially appreciated. The pool and gardens are well looked after and so quiet. In terms of location it cannot be beaten as it's a 30 second walk to 'the plaza' with its supermarket and bars etc but with no noise whatsoever. We would highly

recommend a stay here whether for a few days or for much longer as we did. You will not be disappointed. Tina, the meet and greet lady and her daughter on our departure were both very pleasant and the owner Brian very easy to communicate with over the booking arrangements. It's says it all really that we intend to have another three weeks in October if Brian lets us! Andy and Cherrill Knott

Comfortable apartment - Good location

Just a 5 minute drive to La Zenia Boulevard and its many shops and

This was a fantastic holiday mainly because of the stunning apartment. It was immaculately cleaned, fresh towels and beach towels. The Apartment had all the mod cons washing machine, coffee machine ect. Entertainment everything from books, cards, and beach items. Tv with digital box even had BBC and ITV 😊

The apartment was so spacious and the two bathrooms made it so easy to get ready. The apartment and pool is very secure with key access to members only. The pool was lovely and clean. A stone throw away you have the amazing villa martin plaza with loads of eateries. We recommend munchies for the breakfast! The plaza has all different cuisines available and a perfect Irish bar that screens all the sports. This was a perfect family holiday, nice and quiet with everything you need close by. The supermarket is widely stocked for everything you need. The other bonus is by your drinks from the shop and use the cool box at the apartment to keep your refreshments cool at the pool! These touches make it so perfect! Highly recommend, I have not even been back 24hrs and already ready-booked for next year! For all you primark lovers the biggest primark in Europe is 20 min walk away! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Clean spacious apartment

The apartment is home from home and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is clean and tidy with tv and wifi The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and beach and bath towels were on each bed on arrival. There are also plenty of sunbeds and my little boy loved the cupboard with the bucket and spades! The baskets in the bathroom of left over toiletries is also a nice touch (which we added to on our departure)

The pool area is lovely and clean and all locals are friendly. To get to the pool you have to go come out of the apartment and around (no access from the balcony) but we didn't find this a problem as we put our stuff over the wall :)

The apartment is conveniently across the road from the villamartin Plaza which holds plenty of restaurants and bars and a supermarket.

We hired a car locally to visit beaches and shopping malls as we have been stung in the past with airport car hire. However taxi are available and seem to be €4 everywhere!

Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay, we are looking forward to returning next year.

Great stay and excellent suroundings

A really nice apartment in a secure well kept complex. The gardens are really well kept and pool is ideal. The apartment has everything you need and is only a stone's throw from the villamartin plaza. Brian himself is excellent to deal with and is extremely helpful.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area you won't go far wrong here.

Modern, spacious and ideally situated

Accommodation was great. It was very spacious and modern and had all the amenities we required. Ideally situated for the pool and the plaza making it ideal. We will definitely visit again.
