This lovely air conditioned apartment close to all amenities has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday, couple getaway or a golfing break. The apartment offers a large open plan living/dining area with dining table and 4 chairs and also 2 breakfast bar stools, a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioned master bedroom is large with double bed, mirror and dressing table En suite bathroom walk in shower and patio doors opening on to the terrace. The terrace has a table and chairs for relaxing or Alfresco dining over looking the beautiful landscaped gardens and pool area. The second air conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds.The family bathroom is situated next door to the second bedroom. The fantastic swimming pool and children's pool are set in beautiful landscaped communal gardens. The pool and gardens are secure and can only be accessed via a locked gate(key provided) so it is a lovely complex for young children. the apartment has security grills and shutters on all doors and windows(keys provided). There are built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. Bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and there are two fans available for use if required. The lounge offers air conditioning a 40" smart TV(if you have a USB hard drive or Amazon fire stick) and Bluetooth sound bar(connect to phone for your music) English channels and 6mb broadband, 2 3 seated chaise sofa beds.The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and washing machine.All pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. are provided. There are marble floors throughout.The apartment is only a 2 minute stroll from the famous Villamartin plaza which offers a very well equipped supermarket and a number of great restaurants, bars, entertainment, shops and banks. If you wish to get out and about there are some fabulous beaches within a 10 minute drive and also La Zenia boulevard which offers something for everyone with numerous high street stores restaurants, bowling alley cinema, casino and children's funfair only 5 minute drive.

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment was perfect for us, roomy with the advantage of 2 bathrooms. Everything was pristine and Tina met us and explained everything we needed to know. She was both helpful and friendly and available at any time had we needed any further help.

The pool was excellent, clean and a good size. Plenty of towels were provided for both in and outdoors.

The apartment was in a prime location surrounded by all the facilities we needed. We would not hesitate to book again if we were to return to Villa Martin.

Great stay!!

Hello,

Our family went to Villa Martin in September 2016.

It was a great holiday in every way. Since we have family there, we wanted something close by. We found this lovely apartment on Owners direct. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, so are the pool area. It also felt very safe because there was locked gates in to the apartments and to the poolarea.

We loved that there were two nice sized bathrooms in the apartment.

It was very easy to book, and we got answer from the owner very quickly. As soon as the booking was confirmed, we recieved very detailed information about the apartment, payment etc. On arraving and departure day the keyholder provided excellent customer service.

It was all very smooth!!

Villa Martin and this area is so great in everyway.. There is something for everyone. Very nice golfcourses, very clean beaches, a lot of shopping, great restaurants and pubs very near by. Its beautiful there and very genuin, we think.

We would happily recommend this property and area to friends and family, or to anyone who just want a very nice stay in sunny Spain, and we hope that WE will return very soon.

Las Violetas

Recently stayed at the apartment for golfing week. We found the apartment fully equipped and meeting all of our requirements, quiet, clean and comfortable. In addition a great location. Approximately 200 metres to the Plaza with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket, and for the golfer one golf course 2 minutes walk away (Villamartin) and 3 others within 10 minutes drive. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic apartment with great customer service

This lovely clean apartment is right across the road to the plaza which holds over 40 restaurants and bars and a supermarket so everything you need is on your doorstep!

The apartment was lovely and spacious and as the two bedrooms are at either end of the apartment it didn't feel like we were on top of each other as my grandmother and Mum were staying with us stayed in the one room and ourselves and toddler up the other room. It is worth mentioning there is enough room in the main bedroom for a travel cot.

As the apartment sleeps 6 the sofa also pulls out very easily into 2 big beds.

The washing machine we found very handy for washing our towels and as the weather was so lovely they dried on the balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed including a freezer for ice.

It was a lovely touch that there was a bath towel and beach towel for each guest and a basket of toiletries in the bathroom - which we added to when we left :)

We hired a car and drove from Murcia airport which is 20 minutes away. We used the car to visit La Zenia Beach and Campoamor beach which are only a few minutes drive away. There are plenty of people offering taxi services from the Plaza if you ask in the restaurants the people are all friendly.

Brian (and Tina the key holder) were both very friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to visiting the apartment again next year.

We were a family of a 3yr old, 44 yr, 37yr, 60yr and 83yr old and we all had a fantastic time you really will have a great holiday in a comfortable apartment.

we bought this apartment after falling in love with the complex and size of the apartment, it has a fantastic location across from the plaza. When sitting in the grounds by the pool it takes you away from all the stresses of busy everyday working life.
