About the property

Beachfront apartment with sea view, swimming pool, wifi and parking

Two bedroom luxury air-conditioned apartment, situated on the beach. There are no roads between the apartment and the beach, making it very peaceful and safe for children.

There are two communal swimming pools, one of which is a children’s pool, showers, disabled toilets and first aid block. The pools are open from the beginning of June until the mid September (the exact dates are out of our control). Life guards are on duty when the pools are open.

The pool area is for residents and guests only, and has grass, palm trees & is next to the beach.

There is access to and from the beach via gates opened by key or via intercom linked to the apartment.

At the rear of the apartments there is a basket ball court, table tennis table, and a padel ball court.

Living area:

Full height bi-folding doors which open up onto a balcony, with sea view.

The room is furnished with sofas, television, dining table and four chairs, LCD flat screen television (with built in freeview, some channels can be viewed in their original language) with Disney Channel in English. DVD player, CD player.Dining table and four chairs. Children's table and two chairs.

Air-conditioning.

High-chair available.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plates, bowls, drinking and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans and cutlery.

Master bedroom:

King size bed, the mattress is pocket sprung and very comfortable (I was asked by one of my guests to add this detail, because they want other guests to know that they are not normal Spanish beds).

Two bedside tables and bedside lights.

Fitted wardrobe and drawers.

Wall light and full length mirror.

There is room for the (Mamas and Papas) cot.

One single bed and bunk beds (all with pocket sprung mattresses)

Children’s facilities:

As parents we have tried to think of all the things that make holidaying with a baby or young child easier. The apartment therefore has a cot (Mamas and Papas), microwave sterilizer, high chair, which can be converted to a low chair, a selection of DVDs, toys & books. TV has Disney Channel in English. You do not have to climb stairs anywhere in the building if you do not want; as there are lifts & slopes making it very easy for pushchairs.

Suitability:

Families, children, the elderly and wheelchair users.

The apartment is non-smoking inside.

Large lagoon swimming pool & children's pool. Life guards, first aid room and pool showers.

The swimming pools are open mid June to mid September (exact dates are out of our control). Basketball and padel courts and table tennis table situated behind the apartment building. Lifts and slopes throughout building, suitable for pushchairs & wheelchairs users.

Private underground allocated parking space including in the price.

Modern security and safety features: fire alarms and extinguishers in the block, one directly outside the front door.

Communal areas are illuminated by movement responsive lighting.

Situated outside the apartment on the beach are a children's climbing frame with slide and exercise machines, which are free to use.
