This 2nd floor, 3 bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, lounge / diner with air conditioning leading to a balcony. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle & toaster. Situated 1km from the beach, the apartment is within walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, shops and 3 supermarkets, whilst still offering peace and quiet at night by being off the main beachfront and away from the noisy nightclub bars. The apartment is in a quiet residential block opposite the small Platja i Grau de Gandia train station with it's links to Gandia town and Valencia. The neighboring towns of Oliva and Denia are 10 and 30 mins drive away respectively and have a host of activities and sights to offer.

Directions: Gandia is approx 50 minutes drive from Valencia Manises airport. Gandia is in the South of Valencia so upon leaving Manises airport, you have to drive in the direction of ALICANTE. Choose ALICANTE por la costa, don't choose "por el interior".

When you exit the motorway N332 to Gandia, keep to the left of the exit road to ensure you take the correct exit to the Beach . Pay attention to the traffic banner, it says GANDIA PLAYA, there is a drawing of a towel and an umbrella in yellow.

Very happy

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks, family of 2 adults and 3 kids.

To summarize:

Closest beach is a small local one, 8 minutes walk.

The stairs were no problem to walk with folded stroller in hand, not steep, wide, well lit.

Apartment relatively safe for stay with kids, windows can be opened from in a safe way, although we had to barricade the balcony with an upside down chair.

Ceiling fans are in each room and are great, silent, with timer.

Windows face other buildings, non face noisy street where cafe is.

Kitchen very well equipped. Trust me, I've cooked for the family.

In 5 mins walk you have: 3 small playgrounds, Mercadonna, pharmacy, 24h open medical centre (had to use, all went well).

Main tourist promenade is about 15-20 mins walk.

Only negative aspect worth mentioning - neighbours smoke. It didn't bother me much as with fans on it aired out fast. But if you are very sensitive, take into consideration.

The bottom line is: I would definitely recommend the flat to a friend!

Un appartement très agréable et spacieux dans un quartier calme de Gandia. Un bon plan est la location de parking en face de l'immeuble. Il faut noter que l'on peut tout faire à pieds...

Trés bonne location !

Appartement d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, les pièces sont agréables et offrent tout le confort avec un petit plus des ventilateurs. Literie d'une très bonne qualité.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et du centre touristique (10 mn à pied) et la tranquillité du quartier.

Quartier avec tout commerces nécessaires (supermarché, café, pharmacie...).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et conseillons vivement cette location.

superbe !

très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et même plus grand. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation individuelle par pièce, la situation géographique a 10min a pied de la plage et ses boutiques, la proximité de nombreux commerces a pied (mercadona, aldi, etc) ou un peu plus éloignés (lidle, carrefour). Gandia est une jolie ville bien située (château, parc d'attraction, en voiture a 1h de valence et son aquarium ou de plusieurs réserve d'animaux). L'appartement est très agréable, le linge de lit est fourni et les serviettes de bain aussi. A notre arrivée il y avait de l'eau au réfrigérateur et tout les éléments de nettoyage ainsi que la lessive. Le voisinage est vivant mais pas dérangeant. Nous avons apprécié cela. Manuel, le contact sur place était avenant, disponible, et très gentil. Les seuls défauts sont que l'appartement est au deuxième étages sans ascenseur (fatiguant lorsqu'on revient des courses sinon ils se montent facilement) et quelques petites réparations sur le mobilier de la cuisine (mais vu le prix de la location nous n'avons pas regardé cela et ça ne nous a pas dérangé). La réservation a été facile Tina nous a bien conseillé, a répondu rapidement a nos mail, et pendant le séjour elle a pris de nos nouvelles. Aucune surprise nous sommes satisfait et reviendrons. Nous recommandons ce logement à tous. Nous étions deux adultes avec trois enfants (4,6,9 ans).

Gandia est une belle ville et nous sommes tombés en amour avec elle tellement sur notre première visite, nous avons décidé d'acheter un appartement !! Nous sommes conscients des problèmes mineurs avec la finition dans la cuisine et les obtiendra bientôt terminé. Vous étiez nos premiers clients depuis la fin de la remise à neuf de sorte que votre rétroaction est très utile. Je vais passer vos commentaires sur Manuel ainsi, nous sommes heureux que vous avez trouvé utile de lui.
