Welcome to the perfect residence for the any visitors or discerning holiday-makers seeking secure, deluxe, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the City of Exeter in the County of Devon

This is a gorgeous & unique property in every way; probably it is one which you might have given up trying to find in Exeter. You can stay for a minimum of 3 nights but preferably longer. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is on the first floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building in Southernhay which is in central Exeter just moments from the Combined Court Building, the Gothic Cathedral, Princesshay shopping district and the Quay.

When it comes to preparing your apartment, there's no corner-cutting. It is furnished to a very high standard plus you will receive a very personal service to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit. This is genuinely your home from home.

This brand new first floor apartment is beautifully arranged over 85 square metres and it is accessed by lift or stairs. The design is modern and cool and it's furnished to a very high standard with oak floors thoughout. It comprises two bedrooms, each with King size beds and luxury cotton bedding; one en suite shower room, basin and WC plus a second bathroom with a wonderful deep bath, hand basin and WC.

WI FI is included & there is secure parking on site too. Non Smoking.

The beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, drinks/wine fridge, Quooker fusion tap, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (and washer-dryer) is ready for any serious cook. Meat and Veg boxes from a local supplier can be delivered at your convenience.

Finally, there's a large Lounge with 3 huge sash windows overlooking Southernhay Gardens in which you can entertain, relax and unwind. There is a smart TV, DVD player and Roberts CD/DAB radio. The dining table can seat 6 should you chose to dine at home.

Luxury linens and towels are provided as well as a very generous welcome pack and for the special occasion, there's also a visiting beautician (who must be pre-booked).

There is a mini-gym on site and if you are here for business meetings, you can hire the stunning boardroom, subject to availability.

There is also an on site concierge service to make your stay a pleasant one.

We have only just launched the apartment and we are sure our guests will thoroughly enjoy their stay with us.

Our family enjoyed a month long stay in this apartment while visiting family in Exeter. We found it perfect in every way. Location is great, so close to Exeter Cathedral, the Quay, High Street and easy walk to the shops of Magdalen Road and Heavitree. The apartment is modern, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The owner welcomed us warmly and provided generous food provisions that were much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday in Exeter, coming back to this apartment after a day's sightseeing was like coming home.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Exeter!

From the initial booking and throughout our stay Tina's hospitality was exceptional. Not only is the apartment spotless

and equipped with lovely furnishings but the environment is one of a 5 star hotel. Not often do you have Concierge

Service with a rental and we so appreciated the ability to have assistance if we needed it!

We have stayed in Exeter before and this will always be our first choice when we return.

Perfectly equipped apartment in great location

We had a great time in Exeter which is to a big part due to the great apartment we stayed in. The apartment offers everything one would want when away from home. A big kitchen with every possible item one would need. It is very spacious and cozy. Also, it is only a few steps away from the city centre. Tina made us feel very welcome, not only with the filled fridge when we arrived!

Stay at Southernhay

This beautiful apartment is spacious, well located, designed to an excellent standard, fully equipped and secure. Tina provides a warm and genuine welcome. Her portrayal of the apartment and information is accurate and her arrangements reliable. Tina has clearly taken great effort and consideration to furnish & service her apartment with her guests in mind. Everything that I could possibly have needed for my stay was at hand and of a very high standard. I found Tina's disposition to be friendly & helpful and yet professional and unobtrusive.

The building has been sensitively restored and is set in a vibrant and beautiful part of the city. The apartment is perfectly placed and within walking distance to the quay and a short stroll from the city.

The apartment allows comprehensive access to everything that you might need for your stay and on the nights I chose not to go out, the 'Cosy Club' just around the corner provided a quirky, cool and contemporary place to eat whilst the apartment lounge offered a comfortable place to relax and a sense of home for my return.

I would definitely recommend both Tina as the host and the apartment in which to stay for business or for leisure and I shall look forward to booking the apartment again in the future.
